  • Beautiful villa of 110 m² in a park of 7000 m² down to the beach Graniers, next to the Citadel and 7 minutes walk from the village. Magnificent views of the golf of Saint Tropez. The villa consists of a large living room (dining room and living room opening onto two terraces, overlooking the sea, the other an interior garden), a large bedroom (double bed) with cupboards and bathroom , bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom. Two sleeping are possible in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, ref cong, etc. Two separate toilets.
    Two terraces, a large 40 m2 terrace with sea view on the bay of St Tropez and the park.
    Garden furniture, a barbecue and a plancha are available and sun loungers. No need for swimming, the beach is at the bottom of the garden, you are the waterfront.

The view of your dreams

This house has the most amazing views ! The outside of the house looks like the house from The Durrells in Corfu( If you’ve seen the show) Every morning I awoke to the most beautiful sunrises with my window wide open with a light sea-breeze! It’s about 200 steps to the gate to the beach through the property to the cute little Le Graniers beach. It has a great restaurant on it… make reservations! It’s a wonderful pleasure to take a dip in the sea in early morning with your coffee. We would go back and forth all day to the beach to swim after shopping or eating out. Even night swimming. We cooked many meals and the kitchen is simple but has everything you need. The house is also simple and from the pictures you see exactly what you get. It’s a charming family beach house . No frills..You are paying for the view and the short 7 minute walk to town. Location location location!! It’s not easy to get to beaches in st. Tropez and this is kinda like your own private beach as it’s so close. (Not too crowded) Nicholas was very helpful when I had a problem with the washing machine and sent a repair person very quickly on a Saturday which is not easy in St. Tropez in the summer! Laetitia checked us in was very helpful. I would stay all summer if I could! I hope to come back again soon . I will dream of it….

Juste des vacances de rêve

La maison est super bien située, vous descendez en bas du jardin et vous êtes à la plage, on a loué un semi rigide et jeté l'ancre juste dans la crique pour aller faire du bateau à volonté, le centre est tout près pour aller boire un verre ou faire les boutiques à pied, la maison est un peu ancienne et mérite un peu de rafraîchissement mais c'est aussi ce qui donne aussi son charme a cette maison de plage. J'ai repris le boulot avec des souvenirs de vacance plein les yeux, nos vacances étaient magique. Je recommande.

Große Terrasse mit tollem Blick auf das Meer

Die Villa hat eine gute Lage und liegt auf einem sehr großen Grundstück. Ein direkter Zugang zum kleinen Stadtstrand ist vorhanden. Die Hafenpromenade, Senequier und der Markt sind zu Fuß in 8 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Terrasse und der Blick sind wunderschön, sonst ist das Haus zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Guter Service durch den Vermieter.

La maison est hyper simple mais très confortable et la vue incroyable. Pouvoir se rendre sur le port de saint tropez à pied c est le rêve !!!!! Je recommande.....

vue magnifique, au calme, centre ville tout proche

Une vue à couper le souffle : du jardin en hauteur vous surplombez la baie de Saint Tropez et surveillez voiles et voiliers. Juste au pied du jardin la plage des graniers permet un bain avant de partir à pied sur le port ou la place des Lices. La maison sans prétention permet un séjour agréable avec une grande terrasse pour prendre les repas.
