This stunning villa of approximately 200 m² is set on a 1,300 m² plot with beautiful green spaces, offering a peaceful and private environment. It is just a few minutes from Place des Lices (1.6 km).



The villa combines luxurious amenities with a serene setting, highly sought-after, and provides quick access to the town center and nearby beaches (Tahiti and Salins).



Fully air-conditioned, the property offers all the comforts for a family or friends’ getaway, allowing guests to enjoy the Saint-Tropez lifestyle while relaxing by the pool. The villa features a spacious living area that opens to the outdoors, a fully equipped kitchen, and five beautiful bedrooms—including one independent bungalow. Each bedroom comes with its own shower, WC, and TV.



Outside, you’ll find a lovely pool and all the essentials for enjoying the outdoor spaces, including shaded areas perfect for relaxation and leisurely afternoons.



The property includes five indoor parking spaces.



Security cameras are installed in the garden for guest safety and are only monitored in the event of a security issue.



A gardener maintains the property every Wednesday morning, and pool maintenance is done every Saturday morning.

Amazing villa at the heart of st tropez

I cannot begin to describe how amazing this villa and stay was. First of all, the villa was exactly like the photos and more. It was super close to town and cost <$15 to get to town via ubers/taxis (which are super convenient).

Beautiful Contemporary villa

The villa is beautifully decorated with lots of art pieces. Furnishings are all of a very high quality. It is very well equipped with everything you could need even down to a large ice maker. Lots of outdoor seating areas. Lovely pool and outdoor dinning. Owner very helpful before and during stay. A 5 star experience, we will definitely be back.
