"Exactly what you would expect from the description. The owner can't help enough and at the same time leaves you to enjoy your break. While the bed does say futon it does have a very comfortable memory foam mattress and we slept very well often surprised by just how late we were waking up, often close to 10 hours sleep. "Very French, lovely setting and full of 'antique' toys and charm. A bit of a hike to carry stuff from the car to the property as front gates permanently locked - across the large garden and up stairs. We didn't realise that sheets, quilt cover and towels weren't provided, but fortunately we carry our own lightweight bedding - and Mr Sabatier fetched us towels. Nothing in Angerville-la-Martel, but we were focused on Fecamp and Etretat nearby, so it was fine for 3nights."

The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, my mum did find dust in the cupboard in her room but I think most people don't use the cupboards. Overall a beautiful property at a very reasonable price, literally 5 minutes walk from a little beach. If your after a peaceful get away it's perfect."

My only complaints are that it was hard to find - signage poor, parking carried an unexpected charge of 17€ and there was an additional, unexpected refundable deposit of 100€ on top of the room.
