Le Picoteu'

  • Que diriez vous de passer un séjour dans une des typiques ruelles saint vaastaises,
    probablement une des plus anciennes, composées de maisons de pêcheurs, au cœur du Village Préféré des français ?

    Le ++++++ ? on oublie sa voiture pour la durée du séjour
    Vous êtes à trois minutes à pied du centre ville, du marché du samedi, des commerces réputés, vous pourrez savourer l’ambiance du port, les cafés en terrasse, et même une plage à cinq minutes à pied….

    Le logement
    Un salon lumineux, ouvrant sur le jardin, vous accueillera, pour un séjour en famille agréable et tranquille. La cuisine équipée finalise cet espace ouvert et convivial. Complété par une salle de douche, avec lave-linge et sèche linge, toilettes indépendantes.
    Comme la plupart des maisons de cette époque, le départ de l’escalier vers le premier étage se situe à la droite de l’entrée ; un escalier en bois, refait pour une forme sécurisante, une barrière de sécurité enfant. La partie nuit est organisée avec deux chambres, l’une avec un lit double (140x190), offrant une vue dégagée sur le jardin et sur la ville, la seconde en lits superposés (2 couchages de 90x190) ; sur le palier, toilettes indépendantes.
    Le jardin, de plain-pied, entièrement clos, orienté sud-ouest permet les bains de soleil, la lecture, les repas extérieurs, les jeux d’enfants….
