Charming family home sleeps 12 in Saint Valery en Caux

We rent Le Verger, our lovely house located in the heart of Saint-Valery-en-Caux. Beach, port and many shops within walking distance in 5 minutes!
Our house is not located close to a road so the garden (1000m²) is very quiet and safe for children! Many fruit trees (peach, raspberries, pear, apple and rhubarb!)

It is ideal for weekends with friends or family!
Cleaning and sheets included in the price Vrbo (beds made on arrival)
Please note: plan to come with towels and beach towels

The main house of 110m² consists on the ground floor, of an entrance/cloakroom, a large living room/kitchen as well as a living room with stove (wood provided), a shower room with WC.
On the 1st floor, 2 double bedrooms (bed 140) and a toilet with sink.
On the 2nd floor, a dormitory with 4 single beds (90) and many games and books for the children!

The 30 m2 outbuilding, accessible from the garden just a few steps from the house, can accommodate 4 people.
A bedroom with double bed (140) on the ground floor with en-suite shower room and WC. Upstairs, 2 single beds under the eaves, books and games.
Please note that the 2 bedrooms are connected by a staircase so ideal for people from the same family.

For the garden: outdoor games available (Molky, badminton, petanque, table football, children's games), garden furniture, barbecue.
In the living room: many board games for adults and children available.

In the living room/kitchen: toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, slicer, blender/mixer, large fridge, fondue set, raclette set, complete crockery for meals with friends, Bluetooth speaker...

Small separate laundry room for Washing machine and dryer.

Some basic culinary products present on your arrival as well as bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, hair dryer included...

For babies: a high chair, cot and sheets, stroller, baby monitor
