Our accommodation guarantees you a relaxing interlude for your couple's getaways. On the nature side, you will enjoy a setting in the countryside with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. On the lazy side, you will have access to a heated and shared swimming pool in the summer.

Located in a listed medieval village in the Ardèche, you will stay between the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Drôme Provençale where gastronomy, outdoor activities and cultural discoveries are combined.

• Accommodation:
The real asset of this apartment? Its superb covered terrace bathed in light, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature.

New in 2026: the accommodation is now equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort.

You will enjoy a contemporary accommodation, with neat decoration, arranged as follows:
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob with hood, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and toaster) open to the dining room.
- A bedroom with a 140cm bed, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
- A separate toilet.
- A mezzanine where there is a cosy living room with sofa, armchair and a large flat screen.

It is located in a building annexed to the owners' residence. It is located upstairs and has independent access.

You will have a spacious private terrace, which will protect you from the weather while offering you a panoramic view.
Equipped with an outdoor lounge, it is ideal for sharing your meals, relaxing or simply admiring superb sunrises and sunsets.

The rest of the outdoor spaces are to be shared with the owners and one or two other possible couple(s) of tenants:

- The 12m x 4m heated swimming pool accessible from May to September (depending on the weather), from 8:30 am to 8 pm.
- The garden in which you can sit in the shade of the lime tree to read or take a nap
- An atypical massage room (paid service on reservation)

Located in Saint-Vincent-de-Barrès, a village of character steeped in history 1 hour from the Gorges de l'Ardèche, 20 min. from Montélimar, considered "the gateway to Provence" and 45 minutes from Valence.

Within a 30-minute radius, you can:
Visit caves, castles and hilltop villages steeped in history; practice caving; try paragliding; ride horseback, quad bike or buggy; cycle through the vineyards and take one of the most beautiful cycle paths in Europe "the Dolce Via"; visit many craft workshops and agricultural productions or hike to discover nature and remains; without forgetting to savour the local gastronomy in one of the labelled restaurants etc...

Within a radius of 45 minutes to 1 hour, you can also ride a rail bike and go down the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Drôme or Eyrieux Valley by canoe and kayak and go canyoning and via ferrata.

• Passenger access:
You will have private access to the entire accommodation and the terrace. The place allows you to share the infrastructures (swimming pool area, pergola... etc.) between the owners and the three apartments.

- Pool towels are not included.
- The heated pool is open from but until September depending on weather conditions and is accessible every day from 8:30 am to 8 pm.
- The property is composed as follows: the owners' house, an independent building with 2 apartments available for seasonal rental ("Hills" upstairs and "Les Lauriers Roses" on the ground floor that can accommodate two people), as well as "Le Studio Bamboo" by the pool for 2 people as well.
