With a total area of 200 m², the villa features on the ground floor, a large 100-square-meter living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, a bathroom with a double shower and double sinks, and a double bedroom.Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms—one of which has a private bathroom with a corner bathtub and toilet—and a mezzanine with a desk and a sofa. The beds are made, and towels and linens are provided.
Outside, you can enjoy the large terrace and the private 5m x 2m pool.
A barbecue is available for our guests; please bring your own charcoal.
We provide our guests with the essentials to start their stay, including: 3 rolls of toilet paper, soap, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, trash bags, a few coffee pods, and a few tea bags.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility; small pets allowed by prior arrangement.
