"The hotel is a condo owned situation, so I am not certain all units are exactly alike. The unit itself is outdated and needed some sprucing up (mold in bathroom, peeling ceilings, lots of chipped paint)....ok it was clean, which was a bonus. Unit is laid out nicely, open and simple. There was zero housekeeping throughout our 3 night stay (no clean towels, etc.), but an envelope was left for tips. The property itself is lovely- facing a pristine lake with the sound of loons and colors of fall. All rooms appear to face the lake. Upper floor preferred- I was denied (flatly!) because I was told there was a group and wedding in house- Full. Staff at the desk was lukewarm- seemed annoyed I had booked through an online resource, and yes, annoyed I only spoke English. Not a super pleasant experience. The restaurant dinner was good, with lovely staff. Breakfast is a rather boring buffet for $25+. Hotel has minimal services. Lots of potential for improvement. Lastly, the hotels advertises a SPA onsite. This is not the case; there is a room that houses an independent massage therapist. The saunas are outside and nice, the indoor pool and hot tub are in much need a of a refresh, seemed dirty and dull. Another key note- you cannot walk to anything really (some hiking and golf). This location is driving distance from all the Mont Tremblant towns. Short drive to St. Bernand which has excellent hiking."

"Quel jolie endroit rustique-chic. Le bâtiment principal a une histoire qui remonte au début de l'engouement à Sainte-Agathe pour la nature et le bien-être dans celui-ci. Sa vocation n'a pas du tout changé, je me suis arrêté ici au 2/3 de mon trajet vers la partie sud du Ptit Train du Nord, et quel repos j'ai eu le droit. Saunas, spas, souper en 6 services délicieux (cuisiné par une équipe géniale, qui sait préparer des plats européens/canadiens fancy) et qui connait les vins beaucoup mieux que moi (merci Marine🙏). Ma chambre incluait un jacuzzi dans le coin (je crois que toutes les chambres en ont un), unemachine à café Nespresso, TV avec Roku pour la connectivité streaming, douches/toilettes, petit balcon privé avec table & chaises. La propreté est systématiquement impéccable, j'ai même pu voir un employée qui lavait les spas extérieures ce matin avant de quitter. Un petit quai est accessible pour le lac non loin de l'hôtel, le centre-ville de Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts est qu'à 2-3km de l'hôtel (je l'ai marché 4 fois et c'étais facile, trottoir et piste cyclable d'accessible pour nous les piétons/cyclistes). En résumé, l'atmosphère est à la détente, à la gastronomie et à la nature. Je revenais d'un hôtel au Vieux-Tremblant et c'étais complètement différent, ici c'est beaucoup plus amicale, voir familier. Je tiens à remercier sincèrement toute l'équipe pour ce sentiment qui m'habite présentement, grâce aux différents services mais par dessus tout grâce à l'équipe de 🔥"
