"If I had more stars I would truly give them!! Firstly checking in was such an easy going experience. The employee who was working the front desk was sooo kind, friendly and very helpful! She always had a smile and was eager to help us in any way we needed throughout our stay! As well the other staff were very friendly and kind, it gave such a nice atmosphere! The waterslide and pool were spectacular! The water temperature was exquisite, it allowed me and my children to swim for hours without getting chilly. The breakfast was amazing, from the fantastic homemade muffins, to the make your own waffles, it was truly an experience me and my kids will always remember! Checking out was also such a lovely experience, the employee was very friendly, kind, and truly cared about our experience! Overall this hotel and employees surpassed my expectations and it’s safe to say me and my family will definitely be coming back here our next visit to Tremblant! :)"

"Room was perfect and clean. Cleaning staff for our room was extremely pleasant and friendly both days and asked if we needed anything even when we asked for no service. The continental breakfast was great and enough selection to please. Coffee was perfect. The kitchen clean up crew was extremely loud while resorting dishes when it came to bring back the dirty dishes from the carts especially because the carts were right beside us. A little more courtesy would have been appreciated and perhaps the carts could have been simply rolled into the kitchen and then there, re-sort the dishes for cleaning. Front desk person was not knowledgeable about Tremblant Village at all. She had no idea what time the shoppes or restaurants stayed open in the evening and basically said, “you’ll need to speak to the people who run those places”. She is the gateway to Tremblant and didn’t know the answers to the simplest questions of any new traveller to Tremblant. Excellent client service begins by knowing about the tourist area she’s actually representing on behalf of the hotel."
