Modern villa for a successful holiday

Independent villa of 135m2 with swimming pool (10x5) in Sainte Anastasie, gates of the Gardon gorges, classified site (30190). Many footpaths, hiking, mountain biking, ... Shops nearby.
10 minutes from Uzès, 15 minutes from Nîmes, 20 minutes from Pont du Gard, 1 hour from Avignon and Grau du Roi and La Grande Motte. Many visits possible in the region.

Ground floor: bedroom with shower room and 140x190 bed; an equipped kitchen, living and dining room, pantry (washing machine, freezer, iron) and separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with a 35m2 terrace (1 140x190 bed, 1 160x190 bed and 2 90x190 beds, bathroom (+ accessories) and wc).
Shaded terrace of 30m2 + Barbecue.

Tout était réuni pour passer un bon séjour en famille ! La maison climatisée est équipée comme il faut avec une literie très confortable. La piscine est parfaite et très bien entretenue. Marie France et Richard sont juste à côté en cas de besoin tout en préservant l’intimité des locataires. Le village est à proximité de toutes les commodites. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !

On n’a pas pu ouvrir les volets en entier car les plantations devant n’étaient pas taillées. Porte d’entrée et porte des wc impossible à ouvrir entier, le dessus de ma tête de lit poussiéreuse, des toiles d’araignées partout. Manque de lumière dans la salle à manger. Bruit d’enfer quand on ouvre le lave-vaisselle. Couverts sale dans tiroir. Rebords de fenêtre dégoûtantes. Meuble salle de bain poussiéreux.

Tranquillité et chaleur

Maison propre très agreable a vivre intérieur comme exterieur. La piscine st un vrai atout. Idéal pour une famille qui a envie de passer un moment au calme. Pas très loin de Nîmes et Uzes mais il faut utiliser la voiture pour aller faire les courses à 6km. Pour le reste le paysage et typique du Gard. Le contact avec les propriétaires est facile.Ils sont disponibles. Nous conseillons donc cet location sans reserve

Séjour tres agréable, nous avons beaucoup aime l endroit approximite de tous les commerces. Nous avons pu visite par smal d endroits Avignon Camargue Nîmes très accessible ..il faut une voiture. Les propriétaires étaient disponibles et accueillants la piscine est top pour les enfants. A refaire pour profiter de la région

Great stay and great people

It was a great stay. The house is amazing and the pool is awesome. It’s very quiet and you can totally relax here. The hosts are very friendly and wanted to help with everything. Only thing is the shower. Downstairs you have to hold the showerhead and upstairs it’s a bit wonky. But would definitely stay again!

Super logement. Un petit week-end sympathique entre amis. La piscine est bien sécurisé pour les enfants. Il y a une clôture et possibilité de fermer pour eviter tout danger ! Super accueil, disponibilité des propriétaires. Vraiment génial !

Villa fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre, climatisation efficace appréciée compte tenu de la grande chaleur, coin piscine très sympathique. Uzes est une très belle ville et les gorges de la Beaume accessibles depuis Sanihlac sont super pour ceux qu'une bonne demi heure de marche n'effraie pas. Les propriétaires sont discrets et sympathiques.

Maison spacieuse et séjour lumineux. L’ensemble est agréable pour profiter d’un week-end ou séjour. Le terrain comportant une piscine est espacé de l’allée et clôturé, ce qui peut paraître moins agréable mais plus sécurisé (pour des enfants en bas âge). Hôtes accueillants. Pas de soucis pour notre part !
