Excellent séjour, calme, vue imprenable, logement propre et très bien équipé (machine à laver, lave vaisselle...) piscine à disposition, Propriétaires discrets mais disponibles, agréables et serviables. Nous vous recommandons sans hésiter. Accès libre à la plage la plus proche par l'hôtel 4* voisin en 5mn à pied mais si vous voulez vous prélasser sur leurs transats, comptez 10€/j. Leur restaurant est ouvert à la clientèle extérieure, c'est très bon mais aussi très cher. Bon séjour en Gwada !

Magnifique location (très calme)

Nous avons loué durant 15 jours, Location très bien située (Près de Ste Anne et de la plage du club MED.) vue magnifique avec très belle terrasse (idéal pour la dégustation d'un planteur en fin de journée entre amis) .La description correspond parfaitement à la réalité, les lieux sont propres et biens entretenus et les propriétaires très agréables et très discrets.Véhicule indispensable. A recommander sans modération !

A la fin de notre premier séjour, nous avions décidé de revenir. Nous l'avons fait et ne pouvons que confirmer tout ce que nous avions écrit sur les paysages qui s'offraient à notre regard, la gentillesse des propriétaires. Ce fut encore un réel plaisir de vivre dans ce petit coin de paradis. Cette fois ci, nous avons réservé pour l'année prochaine avant de quitter ces lieux particulièrement paisibles. Nous y resterons même plus longtemps...

Bonjour, Nous sommes 2 couples trentenaires et nous avons passé quasiment 2 semaines dans cette location fin mars 2010. Une location pleine de charme dans un cadre magnifique avec une vue sur la mer splendide. Un accès à la plage à pied au travers d’un hôtel voisin. Un nouveau lave vaisselle et des propriétaires très discret et sympa. Une piscine à débordement a partagé avec les propriétaires mais bon on n’étais pas venu pour passer notre journée dans la piscine. Quand vous prendrez votre petit déjeuner face à la mer et marie galante à l’horizon vous comprendrez. Un véhicule est indispensable. Nous recommandons cette location à tous nos proches donc pourquoi pas vous !

moyen par le comportement des propriétaires

propriétaires peu accueillants(d'habitude pot d'accueil ou eau fraiche dans frigo, quelques aliments de 1ere nécessité à remplacer), lits pas faits, aucun conseil donné(jour férié non signalé)... et bruyants (arrivée d'amis).sans respect des locataires . pas de 2è chambre mais pièce minuscule sans fenètre, pas place pr circuler autour du lit,pas place pr valise ouverte et sortir pour aller au WC lave vaisselle cassé. En l'absence des propriétaires, sans prévenir, nièce venue avec amies et 3 enfants occupés la piscine l'après midi (nous n'avons pas pu ns baigner avant de prendre l'avion: un papier stipule aux locataires" ne pas séjourner à la piscine et sur les relax!!!l'annonce ne fait pas figurer "a payer frais pour ménage, et lavage du linge (30 et 20e)si les locataires ne le font pas. Par contre, propre, très beau site, belle piscine.Il faut avoir une voiture eet exiger une attitude plus chaleureuse et courtoise...

un endroit de rêve .

Nous avons passé deux semaines , en mars 2008 , dans cette maison pleine de charme, et nous n'espérons qu'une seule chose: y retourner un jour prochain . L'emplacement de la maison, son style , le décor intérieur, du meilleur goût , et la varangue avec cette vue splendide : la mer à nos pieds, Marie-Galante au loin , et les Saintes aussi , sans parler de la piscine que les propriétaires nous laissaient gentiment utiliser ... Tout cela nous a donné de magnifiques souvenirs, et, c'est certain, nous allons revenir ! Dès que possible ...

Nous avons loué ce bien durant 8 jours, et nous sommes revenus entièrement satisfaits ! Maison très bien située (très près de Ste Anne), vue magnifique, maison et terrasse parfaites et propriétaires discrets et aimables. Nous étions deux couples, et la maison dispose de deux chambres totalement indépendantes, idéal. Bref, pour 2 ou 4 personnes, à recommander sans modération ! La description correspond parfaitement à la réalité, les lieux sont propres et biens entretenus et les propriétaires très agréables !

cadre idyllique mais travaux bruyants des propriét

L'appart est tout a fait conforme à la description. Situé au rdc de la maison des proprio,dans un quartier résidentiel calme, au coeur d'un magnifique jardin arboré avec piscine à debordement et vue sur la mer. L'appart dispose d'un grand salon avec coin cuisine (tres bien equipée), de deux chambres dont une tres petite et sans fenetre sur l'exterieur, d'un 3eme couchage possible dans le salon. Tous les couchages sont equipes de moustiquaires et de ventilateurs. Grande douche. Le point fort: 2 grandes terrasses ombragees dont une avec vue sur mer et piscine (idyllique!).Petit bemol, lors de notre séjour d'une semaine, les proprio ont réalisé des travaux tres bruyants de menuiserie les 4 premiers jours et le jardinier a passe la tondeuse le 6eme jour.Par ailleurs le robot de nettoyage de la piscine etant en panne,le fond etait sale. Néanmoins, pour le cadre paradisiaque, nous recommandons fortement cette location.
