  • In a secure residence with swimming pool, in a green and quiet environment near the village of Sainte Anne.
    Apartment with two air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom and separate wc, a fully equipped American kitchen (LV, LL, oven, induction hob, microwave, large fridge, etc ...) open both on the veranda (covered terrace) and on the living room also giving onto the terrace and the garden for private use. Nice view of the sea and the islands. Living rooms (living room and dining room) provided with fans / ceiling lights. Deckchairs, garden table and chairs for dining on the veranda.

Nice stay on a quiet location

It was a nice stay in a groundfloor holiday appartment of a vacation compound. It is ideal for a quiet and relax stay, with easy access to the tourist centre (by car) of St. Anne and all the basic shops, restaurants and activities. There is a private parking space for your (rental) car. The appartment itself is comfortable with all the necessary amenities and offers a nice place to stay and relax, also for families with children. There is nice equipment and the appartment is well furnished. Good beds and a relaxing sit area indoor and outdoor is available. Very good and friendly personal service by the host, she really take care of our questions and preferences. We only see some slightly minor disadvantages: - there is not a nice and safe way (due to traffic situation, not by unsafety or criminal atmosphere)to walk by foot to the beach and village center, despite it is only a mile away from the rental... you aways need the car for a little 'walk' outside... - there is only one kitchen towel available in the appartment, that is not enough. We didn't find them elsewhere in the rental... These are only small remarks and in general we experienced it as a lovely stay and one day we will come back to this nice spot! We definitely recommend it to couples with or without one or two children...

Cadre et environnement idéaux

Bonjour, quel beau sejour dans cet appartement !!!! Décoré avec goût, proche de toutes commodités (plages, commerces, etc.), situé entre St Francois et Le Gosier. L'appartement est très propre, spacieux, hyper bien équipé et agréable a vivre. Nous n'avons manqué d'abso-lu-ment rien. Même les enfants y ont trouvé leur compte (jeux de plage, frite de piscine). La terrasse est agréable le soir. Une place de parking nous est dédié juste devant la porte d'entrée. QUE DEMANDER DE PLUS ????? Le seul bémol (parce que sinon ce n'est pas drôle) : Internet qui n'a pas assez de débit, c'est lent et ça bug, mais j'ai envie de vous dire que nous n'en avons pas eu besoin car sincèrement, vous serez plus dehors à decouvrir l'île qu'à glander sur un canapé hahahahha. Le propriétaire est super réactif en amont du voyage (pas eu besoin durant le séjour), et Maud, la concierge (?) est très pro et répondra à vos besoins. Reservez les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas décus. Nous, c'est certain, on y reviendra dans cet appartement. Bon sejour à tous !!!!!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’une semaine dans cet appartement qui est très bien équipé avec goût et qualité. Rien ne manque. Le village Caraïbes est très calme ce qui permet un séjour reposant et la piscine est parfaite pour se délasser après une chaude journée. L’accueil de Maud est parfait. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés si l’occasion se présente.

Nous sommes une petite famille québécoise avec 2 jeunes enfants (2 et 5 ans), nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Appartement très propre, bien équipé, très bien placé, calme (résidence privée), la piscine est très bien entretenue. Nous n’avons jamais manqué d’eau ce qui peut être un problème sur l’île. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés, sécuritaire et parfait pour une famille, nous avons déjà hâte de revenir!

Ce logement en plus d'être propre et accueillant est bien situé aux abords de Sainte Anne. Il convient parfaitement à une famille de quatre personnes avec ses 2 chambres climatisées. La pièce de vie est spacieuse et confortable, la cuisine moderne et entièrement équipée. Il est en rez-de-jardin avec terrasse couverte et salon de jardin. La piscine est à proximité immédiate et très appréciée en fin de journée. Résidence très calme et sécurisée avec vue sur mer. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés ! Propriétaire et contacts sur place très sympathiques et disponibles. Le petit plus non négligeable, changement des draps et serviettes à mi séjour ! Tout était top !
