Taste the pleasure of staying in a large Creole wooden villa (120 m2) ideal for a family of 4 to 6 people. It is made up of 2 parts separated by a patio.
You will appreciate the swimming pool and its deck.
It is located in a quiet residential area.
The first includes 2 bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed and a 90cm sofa bed, the other with a 140cm bed), a bathroom with bath, basin and WC and a dressing room.
The second includes a living room (living room, TV, sofa bed) and a fully equipped independent kitchen.
The patio includes a shower room with WC and a barbecue.
Large terraces surround the buildings.
You can enjoy a 2000m2 garden where many tropical plants and flowers grow with a beautiful view of the sea and Marie-Galante.

nice view

stayed for a week, nice clean house with a very good view. house is in three parts -one sleeping and toilet -one living room and an outdoor kitchen under roof linning included and towels. nice pool no a/c, Fans in all rooms (noisy) nice privacy, lovely garden nice welcome from Lea and husband (gave us keys)

Villa et jardin très agréables

Excellent séjour dans un environnement très agréable au milieu d'un beau jardin tropical , la piscine désinfectée au sel a été très appréciée par toute la famille, chaque chambre a sa salle de bain ce qui est appréciable.

Un super séjour dans cette superbe villa qui ne manque de rien !!! Jardin entretenue à la perfection superbe vue entre la piscine et la mer, un quartier calme tout été parfait !! Des propriétaires à l'écoute et disponible . Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir Je précise que la villa est encore plus belle en vrai les 3 salles de bain sont refaite à neuf les chambres très spacieuse et 3 WC chacun sont intimité et encore merci pour ce superbe séjour !!! Maxime

Superbe maison entourée de nature

Nous venons de passer 10 jours dans la très belle et agréable maison Les Oliviers à Sainte Anne. La villa est entourée d'un grand jardin bien entretenu et offre une belle vue sur la nature, la mer et Marie-Galante tout au loin. L'équipement est très complet : matériel pour cuisiner, fond de cuisine, moustiquaires, rangement dans les chambres et même produits anti-moustiques et jeux de plage! Nos deux garçons de 2 ans et 6 ans ont adoré courir sur les grandes terrasses et découvrir les petits habitants des lieux : oiseaux, lézards, chenilles, grenouilles le soir...et même un iguane un jour dans le jardin! Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le contact avec la propriétaire et sa générosité en bons conseils. Bref, nous recommandons grandement cette location!

Très bonne prestation

Grande maison locale, en deux parties qui permettent de dormir quand d'autres utilisent les pièces ou terrasses. La villa est située à moins de deux Km d'une des plus belle plage de la Guadeloupe. Elle est dans les hauteurs donc bien ventilée et très au calme, dans un jardin créole avec beaucoup d'oiseaux qui si vous le souhaitez, viennent prendre leur petit déjeuner avec vous (voir le site du propriétaire).

Séjour formidable

Nous venons de passer un délicieux séjour dans la villa des oliviers. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Elle est réalisée autour d'un magnifique jardin très fleuri et nous prenions nos repas en compagnie des sucriers et des colibris : magique! Vue superbe conseils précieux des upropriétaires tant pour les produits locaux que pour les petits restau. La langouste d'Emy est succulente ! Nous sommes prêts à y revenir.
