Very nice accommodation with great view

We had a very pleasant stay at Fred’s place. The view is fantastic and Fred was super helpful and even bought some groceries for us, since we arrived on a Sunday.While the stay was great, it has to be said that the house is a bit outdated. You will not find the European standard that you might be used to, but that was as expected.

Beautiful Place in great location!

Great Place, typical carribean holiday home, beautiful views! If you are looking for a great large house with beautiful deck and views and don’t mind the one or the other ant or bug this is for you. But be aware: The place is nowhere near St Anne like located in the map - it‘s 2 km away from Cap Chevalier in the residence Mahoganys.

A disappointing property & uncomfortable guest experience

Property location inaccurate on VRBO site - actually 10 km from Sainte Anne, 13 km from Anse des Salines, and facing the Sargassum seaweed-soiled eastern coast. Extremely slow internet. Very old pool with shaky railings & splinter-risk decking. No privacy fencing or vegetative barrier for outdoor living area which is 10 feet from a busy service road in a noisy neighbourhood. Tired furnishings. Shabby linens/towels. Neglected gardens. Owner who requires communication only in French language (though he does understand some English) and who, after presenting you a nice "Welcome Basket", demands 50 Euros cash in advance for cleaning services not yet rendered. Poor value & overall experience.

Voyage inoubliable en Martinique

Fred est un hôte parfait, il nous a accueilli avec de beaux fruits et nous a guidé pour les plages, les restaurants et lieux emblématiques. La maison est bien aménagée, dans un lotissement privé. Très beau séjour

L’hôte a été très sympathique avec nous. La maison est très belle et bien située. Nous avons été surpris d’avoir à payer 50 euros à notre arrivée pour les frais de ménage. Il me semble n’avoir rien vu à ce sujet. Je réserverais cette maison à nouveau sans hésiter!

Cette maison est très agréable, beaucoup de charme avec ses deux grandes chambres elle est idéal pour une petite famille. La terrasse et sa petite piscine avec la vue imprenable sont un must. La maison est naturellement très bien ventilée ce qui nous a permis durant notre séjour ne pas avoir a utiliser la Clim. Anse Michel magnifique plage à 5min en voiture de nombreuses petites commodités que nous a gentillement conseillé Fred a quelques minutes de la maison. Très bonne et exposition de la maison avec soleil du matin au soir. Cerise sur le gâteau feee est un super hôte sympa drôle et de très bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement

Magnifique maison authentique

Fred est hyper accueillant et tres accessible à tout moment. Il a régulièrement pris des nouvelles lors de notre séjour. Sa maison est un bijou sur les hauteurs du cap chevalier (légère confusion avec le titre qui indique Sainte Anne), la maison est encore plus belle en vraie que sur les photos. Complètement à l’image de ce qu’on imagine quand on pense à une maison authentique martiniquaise. Et on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur mer aussi bien, depuis la terrasse, le salon et depuis la cuisine. A conseiller à 100%

Super séjour en famille avec de jeunes enfants

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Fred dans sa maison créole typique. La localisation est parfaite car au calme avec une vue magnifique, proche de toutes les commodités et d’un côté de Sainte Anne et de l’autre, en contrebas de la maison, les jolies plages du Cap Chevalier côté Atlantique, plus sauvages et épargnées par les sargasses. Le logement est bien équipé et fidèle aux photos même si certaines pièces, notamment la salle de bain mériteraient un p’tit coup de frais. La piscine est plus petite que ce qu’elle paraît sur les photos mais très agréable et juste bien avec de jeunes enfants. Et dernièrement, super communication avec notre hôte Fred qui est très réactif et sympathique.

Le parardis existe nous l avons trouvé !

Une maison charmante où l on se sent de suite bien, confortable et idéalement située. Une piscine qui donne la mer au loin, des oiseaux qui gazouillent, un calme, une terrasse avec vue … bref c est super ! Fred est aux petits soins et des intentions charmantes à notre arrivée nous ont permis de passer un séjour formidable .. je vous recommande vivement cette location
