superbe villa,idéalement située, très mal entretenue

Les plus:la situation, la magnifique piscine, les 3 belles chambres climatisées Les moins:-lames disjointes de la terrasse, vis proéminentes dangereuses - lave-linge HS, pannes d'essorage, fuites- plaque de cuisson à gaz HS, impossible de régler la puissance des feux-four corrodé, trous dans la cuve- vaisselle déparaillée, ébréchée- matelas tachés voire déchirés- éclairage, ampoules grilléesRelations avec le gérant:- lave linge HS "c'est la faute aux locataires qui font n'importe quoi"- Lames de terrasse à changer "les Antilles c'est bien pour les vacances mais ici tout s'abime très vite, il faut repeindre et réparer tous les ans"- Souhait d'avoir une bouteille d'eau et pouvoir faire un petit dèj le 1er matin -arrivée tardive et lever tôt compte tenu du décalage horaire"c'est difficile, on a essayé mais les locataires ne sont jamais contents"-souhait d'avoir à disposition des chaises de plage "pour les retrouver cassées ou pleine de curry? les locataires font n'importe quoi"Un conseil évitez "Antilles Liberté"

Détente à ste Anne

Location très sympa avec une piscine de belle proportion. La villa permet de passer de bons moments de detente et convivialité à l'intérieur comme à l'exterieur. La plage accessible à pied est très sympa. St Anne, un bourg plutôt vivant. Très contents de notre séjour, avec en en plus un très bon accueil. Merci!

Solide

Betten, Handtücher und Pool waren sauber. Der Außenbereich ist schön groß und gemütlich. Küche und Bäder waren leider ziemlich verschmutzt bei unserer Ankunft. Die Zimmer sind sehr zweckmäßig. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schnell, informativ und unkompliziert. Der Check in mit der Agentur vor Ort war super freundlich und ebenfalls unkompliziert. Ein schöner Strand mit einigen Imbissangeboten ist fußläufig (ca. 8 Minuten).
