Spread over two floors, Chalet Serenia features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large play room, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The outdoor spa and dry sauna are available year-round, and from May to October, a private dock gives you access to 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, and a pedal boat.



Nestled on a private 45,000 sq. ft. wooded lot, this peaceful retreat ensures total privacy. Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi is included, along with electric baseboard heating, a centrally monitored alarm system, and a security camera at the entrance for your comfort and peace of mind.



In winter, a four-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended due to the slope of the private access road, despite regular snow removal.



Upper level:



The chalet's entrance is on the upper level. Upon arrival, you'll find a convenient mudroom just off the entryway. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a large central island, combines elegance and practicality with its high-end appliances: refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The spacious, light-filled dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests in a welcoming atmosphere.



The main living room is tastefully designed and generously sized, inviting you to unwind with its plush sofas, elegant armchairs, and large flat-screen TV and an indoor fireplace.
