"Writing We had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location, beautiful views, and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located near a stop for the hop-on hop-off bus, with plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The Plains of Abraham are right across the street, offering stunning views of the St. Lawrence River and beautiful gardens. It’s also about a 20-minute walk to Château Frontenac. The pool, hot tub, and cold tub were great amenities and very relaxing after a day of exploring. The revolving restaurant at the top of the hotel was also a unique experience and a great way to take in the panoramic views of the city. We stayed in room 2207. While the room was comfortable overall, there were a few maintenance issues. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work, and the curtain rod was bent and pulling away from the ceiling, making it impossible to close the curtains fully on one side. On the positive side, the shower had excellent water pressure. All the staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we appreciated that they were able to communicate in both English and French. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location, views, amenities, and wonderful staff made it a great place to stay, although a few repairs and maintenance updates to the room would make the experience even better."

"The hotel is very nice and the staff is great. I didn’t realize that the inside of the room was all black (walls and tiles inside the washroom). It made it so dark and the window was from the atrium in the middle of the hotel so not much natural light comes in if it’s cloudy. That’s a personal opinion, otherwise the hotel was very modern and well kept."

"The people were all genuinely nice. It’s a well located beautiful property. Was there for a wedding. Bride had asked that i - in her close wedding party be on the same floor. We were not although we had booked many many months in advance. They never came to do my room although i had asked for it to be clean with a sign from 6-2 then dnd 2-3. We got back at 11pm and there was a note saying the room hadnt been serviced. I asked at the bar what the gluten free options were/ could be. She just told me that i would need to check online. It wasnt online. I would have expected more support from the waitress, which eventually came after i asked her to please check with the kitchen. It felt like my condition was not her problem and i was a burden. There is a japanese toilet in my room which I appreciated but the seat was all yellowed from the heater which felt gross. I usually stay at the Fairmont or Germain when in quebec (or elsewhere) and i get much more of a sense of hospitality when i stay at those properties than i did at the st antoine. Nobody asked about me, my welcome amenuty had Gluten. Usually, at fairmont or germain they have it in my file. The rooms at st antoine were nicer and more curated. Overall, at the same price, I would probably go back to my usual suspects. Would not hesitate to stay there, i just feel there are better options for service."
