Built in 2006, with a floor area of over 150 m² and featuring meticulous attention to detail in the finishes and choice of materials, this house can comfortably accommodate 10 people in 4 bedrooms.
The ground floor features a large 55 m² room that combines a living room with comfortable sofas facing a fireplace over 3 metres wide, a dining room that seats 12 people, and a U-shaped kitchen with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ample storage, and a full-size fridge-freezer.
The south-facing terrace is accessed through double French doors.
All the walls are made of ochre-colored sandstone, traditionally repointed, and the numerous exposed beams underscore the home’s authentic character.
The ground floor also includes a bedroom with 4 bunk beds that can accommodate 4 children or adults.
In the living room, the sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional people if needed, bringing the house’s total capacity to 12 people.
The two bathrooms, featuring exposed historic wood beams and stone walls, offer a total of four vanity units, two showers, and one bathtub. Two separate bathrooms—one on the ground floor and the other upstairs (with a sink area)—complete the bathroom facilities.
The upper floor, beneath the faithfully restored and highlighted period roof trusses (17th century), features three bedrooms with double beds: each has a window offering a south-facing view of the valley… A superb panoramic view!
Solid hardwood floors throughout the entire upper level.
A laundry room with a private washing machine and dryer is included as part of the standard amenities.
La Maison du Lauzier features a completely private, enclosed garden with a heated and secure 10-meter-by-5-meter pool and a shaded terrace under the mulberry trees.
A driveway and private parking for 3 cars complete this property, which can be rented together with the Maison du Berger to comfortably accommodate 14 people.
At your disposal:
- Access to all on-site activities: 6 secure swimming pools maintained at 27 degrees, a tennis court lit in the evening, beach volleyball and pétanque courts, football, and ping-pong tables; a giant trampoline; a playground for the little ones; a treehouse in the woods for the kids; and a sauna for the parents.
- 28 bicycles of all sizes (mountain and road bikes), including 8 electric bikes.
- A full set of bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels, and all cleaning supplies. You’ll also find a tourist guide and a selection of restaurants in your home.
- For the little ones: a travel cot, high chair, baby bathtub, changing table, and baby monitor.
- Access to the herb garden so you can pick the herbs that will add flavour to your barbecues and planchas.
- On the day of your arrival, we’ll pick up your order—placed in advance at the local drive-thru (Intermarché)—and deliver it to your home.
- During your stay, pastries, speciality breads, and baguettes that you ordered the day before will be delivered at 7 a.m.
- The day after your arrival, a welcome aperitif and a complimentary tasting of gourmet delicacies (dried duck breast, terrines, and foie gras).
- Upon request and for a fee: in-home chef, babysitting, end-of-stay cleaning, and Nespresso capsules.
- Personalised service and/or special rates with local providers (winemakers, foie gras producers, restaurants, artisan butchers, pastry shops).
