Beautiful townhouse with large private garden just 10 minutes from Puigcerda, in a quiet area. It has 3 double bedrooms , 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, living-dinning room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. It also has a private yard  with beautiful panoramic mountain views.

At 1,300 meters above sea level, Santa Leocadia (Sainte-Léocadie in French) is a French town located in the region of the High Cerdanya.

Llivia and Puigcerdà are 10 and 15 minutes away, respectively.



Among its cultural and historical heritage, we find ancient farms, churches, dreamlike landscapes to enjoy and relax, as well as a long list of traditions.



Places of interest:



The location of the apartment, in Santa Leocadia, is ideal for practicing all kinds of nature and adventure activities. There are numerous hiking trails that can be done alone, as a couple, as a family or with friends.
