The apartment is equipped with a cradle that can be installed in the room. Cradle sheets are provided also, 1 bath tub for baby bath.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Joyce. Le logement est idéal pour des vacances en famille et partir à la découverte du sud de l’île.

Pure Bonheur

12 jours extraordinaires; excellent vol avec Norwegian. Martiniquais très sympathiques, facile d'approche, Patricia et Georges les prop de l'appart tout simplement porteur de bonheur: des personnes toutes simples, gentils. Les plages, la végétation, le ti punch, la circulation tout cela rend la vie, une expérience de joie et de ti-bonheur.

Bonne situation géographique

location très bien située , on peut aller à pied à la plage de Mabouya , très jolie et calme ; bien située aussi pour visiter le sud de la martinique ; une machine à laver et qqes éléments supplémentaires de déco en feraient une location parfaite ; nous la recommandons sans souci !

séjour du 28 janvier au 25 février 2016, deux pers

séjour de 4 semaines particulièrement réussi. La location tout à fait conforme au descriptif est calme et très bien située dans un lotissement agréable. L'appartement au rez de chaussée est vaste, clair et très propre il donne sur deux grandes terrasses dont une équipée d'un BBQ très fonctionnel. La literie est de qualité et le sanitaire est complet (vaste douche et wc séparé). La cuisine est vaste et bien équipée même pour un long séjour.Le salon séjour est agréable,il comprend un canapé convertible,une tv et un accès wifi performant. La mer est à quelques pas et la plage de l'anse Mabouya est à 800 mètres. Le soir à l'arrivée des pécheurs le poisson frais péché vous attend. Les propriétaires Patricia et Georges toujours discrets sont aux petits soins pour prodiguer conseils et informations. Enfin la location est à une courte distance des commerces, restaurants, plages et commodités. Une voiture est toutefois nécessaire et les propriétaires peuvent vous en fournir une à des conditions avantageuses. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons sans réserves cette location. Nous espérons y revenir dés que possible. mf et jm richard

Une location à recommander : idéale pour 2 couples

Nous avons séjourné chez Georges et Patricia pendant 10 jours. L’accueil a été particulièrement agréable. La maison est tout à fait conforme au descriptif et aux photos. C'est très propre et entretenu. Un bon point pour les deux terrasses : une exposée à l'est idéale pour le petit déjeuner au soleil et l'autre à l'ouest pour le repas du soir ( extra pour les soirées barbecue !) Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux, à l'écoute, tout en étant discrets. L'emplacement est idéal pour partir à la découverte de l'île. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette adresse. Il faut noter que les propriétaires sont loueurs de voitures et que leurs tarifs sont très avantageux par rapport aux loueurs institutionnels.

Excellente location

Très bon séjour à Trois Rivières. Patricia et Georges nous ont très bien accueilli et nous ont parfaitement guidé tout au long de notre séjour. Nous les remercions encore une fois pour ce merveilleux voyage. N'hésitez pas non plus à louer une voiture chez Patricia et Georges, le service est aussi bon que pour la maison. Nous recommandons cette location.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Patricia et son mari, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de leur accueil, le confort et la propreté de l'appartement ainsi que la situation géographique particulièrement agréable tout prés de l'anse Mabouya et de Ste Luce dans le sud de la Martinique. Un plus appréciable qui simplifie bien l'organisation des vacances : la location de voitures trâitée également avec Patricia : voiture en excellent état, prise en charge et retour à l'aéroport, Un grand merci pour ce sens de l'accueil, du service, et ce professionnalisme au niveau de la voiture comme du logement

Location a ste Luce

Super séjour dans cet appartement très spacieux et très propre. Un accueil de Patricia et son mari vraiment très sympa, au moindre souci on peut faire appel à eux. Que du positif, si nous revenons à Ste Luce nous reviendrons chez eux c est sur. Patricia peut vous indiquer toutes les bonnes visites à faire, ce qui, la aussi, aide beaucoup pour ne faire que l essentiel dans un temps très court. Merci encore pour tout.

Location spacieuse dans quartier calme

Location agréable, spacieuse, propre, en rez-de-chaussée, dans quartier calme. Les propriétaires, Patricia et son mari sont chaleureux, complaisants et bienveillants, prêts à vous fournir quelques bons plans pour découvrir leur île. Ils proposent même la location de voiture, livrée à domicile et assurent le transfert aéroport/location aller et retour, ce qui est très appréciable après 9 H de vol. Si nous avons à nouveau l'occasion de séjourner dans ce petit paradis, nous ferons, c'est sûr, appel à leurs services. Avec nos meilleurs souvenirs, Laurette Jean-Michel Claudine et Yves de Bordeaux.

Logement calme propre bien situé

Nous tenons à remercier Patricia et son mari pour leur accueil sympathique et attentionné depuis notre arrivée à l'aéroport. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un appartement au calme, très bien entretenu, bien situé, 2 terrasses non exposées. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et la cuisine est bien équipée. Grâce à la situation de cet appartement, nous avons pu profiter de cette belle région du sud de la Martinique mais aussi le reste. Merci pour les bons plans car Patricia est aussi une ancienne guide touristique qui connaît bien son île. Les vacances à Ste luce nous en garderons un très bon souvenir... les belles plages .... Vous ne serez pas déçu donc pas d'hésitation!
