Welcome to Ti'Karaïb!

From October 2024, we offer you our sea view studio on the 1st floor of the Curaçao building in the heart of the Pierre & Vacances Village in Sainte-Luce, Martinique.

Ideally located to discover Martinique, you will enjoy a studio with your feet in the water and a magnificent tropical garden that extends to the white sandy beaches.

Less than 50 metres from the apartment, you will have the choice between enjoying one of the two beaches that border the village or the 650 m2 swimming pool with its deckchairs and bar nearby.
From your accommodation, you can also set off on a 5-kilometre hike along the sea, going from beach to beach.

The accommodation:
This studio is air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 3 people. In the heart of the village but perfectly quiet and with sea view, you will have a terrace with outdoor kitchen to make the most of a meal in an idyllic setting.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary elements for a pleasant stay: a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a hob, a microwave, a coffee machine and a toaster.

You will have a Wi-Fi access point (free of charge), a TV as well as a king-size bed (180*190) and a single bed (80*90).
Towels and bed linen are available at the apartment.
A laundry room is available 7 days a week on the residence.

Activities:
The rental of our accommodation also includes access to the Leisure PASS, for which you will receive bracelets upon arrival. This PASS entitles you to all the advantages of the residence, namely access to the two beaches, the swimming pool, as well as various activities (children's playground, tennis court, beach volleyball court, water aerobics, petanque, game nights, palm weaving workshop, sports classes, etc.).

The residence has four restaurants with West Indian flavours, a laundromat and a mini-market (food, souvenirs, textiles, etc.). A tour desk and a car hire company (Rent A Car) are also at your disposal at the reception to organise outings and visits during your stay.

You can also access, at an additional cost, the water sports centre (jet-ski, buoy, flyboard) as well as the diving club, both on the beach in front of your apartment. A "children's club" and a "teen club" are also available on site to allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation with peace of mind.

Throughout your stay, a variety of entertainment and festive evenings will be offered daily. You will find activities suitable for the whole family in this typical Creole village.

The accommodation also has a private and secure parking (24-hour caretaker).

Please note that the period from the beginning of September to mid-October is reserved for the repair of the residence's infrastructure, so the restaurants and swimming pools will be closed and there will be no entertainment. Access to the two beaches is still accessible.

Other notes:
You will benefit from telephone assistance and intervention in case of problems throughout your stay via our private concierge service. They will contact you before your arrival to give you all the information necessary for it to run smoothly.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation, which is a non-smoking area.

A deposit of €200/person will be required upon arrival. Payment can be made by cheque or cash to our concierge service.

NB: The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without lift and does not have PRM access.
