Called our booking company and said it’s up to the owner to refund and it was a NO. As well this is a B&B at 100€ per night. No breakfast included...

"Nous étions 3 familles, dont 7 enfants entre 2 et 12 ans. Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances au top. Choisissant entre les 2 terrasses suivant l'ombre et les moments de la journée. La clim nous a sauvé des nuits de canicule. La plage de la tour génoise est top avec des enfants, elle est à 5 minutes en voiture. On peut aller à pied à la plage qu'on voit sur les photos mais elle est moins adaptée aux enfants car profonde, par contre il n' y a personne et elle est très belle ( grosse montée pour le retour par contre). Bon emplacement qui permet de rayonner avec possibilités d'aller aux plages au sud de Porto vecchio ( belles mais tellement plus fréquentées que celles de fortea), possibilité de faire une journée à bavella, et proximité des piscines naturelles de cavu, ce qui permet de rayonner autour de la maison en changeant d'activité tous les jours.La communication avec Marilys est super fluide et elle nous a conseillé de bons restes. Super séjour"

"Nous avons passé un super séjour de 14 nuits chez Samuel super sympa et surtout très disponible.La villa est extraordinaire et atypique, avec de grands espaces. L'extérieur est très arboré et très grand également. Plusieurs terrasses magnifiques et spacieuses pour se détendre avec en prime un jacuzzi et un piscine. La cuisine d'été est un atout pour cuisiner.Nous recommandons fortement cette villa très calme, parfaite et proche de Porto-Vecchio pour des vacances en Corse."

Le cadre est magnifique, calme et idéal pour se détendre et découvrir cette superbe région de la Corse.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort de la maison et les différents espaces qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de nos deux semaines en famille. On s’y sent très vite comme chez soi, avec ce petit goût de vacances en plus Un grand merci également pour l’accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse tout au long du séjour.Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ces deux semaines et recommandons cette location les yeux fermés. La piscine est un véritable atout et a fait le bonheur de tous, petits comme grands, tout au long du séjour.La communication avec notre hôte a été irréprochable : très réactive, disponible et à l’écoute, ce qui est vraiment appréciable - et vraiment chapeau à notre hôtesse, malgré un accident, elle a continué à assuré les échanges..Honnêtement, nous avons cherché des points d’amélioration et nous n’en avons pratiquement pas trouvé. Juste la climatisation qui manquait en haut , mais nos hôtes ont anticipé et cela a été installé pendant notre séjour, sans nous déranger. Il ne bénéficie que d'une clim placée dans le séjour pour les trois pièces ce qui en période de canicule est un peu juste.L'environnement est très agréable: pas de vis à vis, voisins discrets,avec la plage très proche, une piscine très bien tenue, des facilités nombreuses au village d'à côté Un accueil par la proprietaire vraiment formidable, répondant immédiatement à la moindre des questions, cherchant les solutions pratiques et mettant à disposition une liste d'adresses pratiques et de points à visiter.Les équipements sont en nombre suffisant.Au total, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour Encore un grand merci à madame Orsini que nous saluons très amicalement"
