Family holiday in a wonderful location

A beautiful and very comfortable property fully equipped to an excellent standard. The pool was fantastic and the outside seating and dining areas were a perfect way to relax. The hosts were very kind and welcoming and gave lots of good local information. We'd love to stay again!

Lovely modern villa

Very clean & modern 3 bed villa. Quiet location. Great pool. All mod cons, including very fast wi-fi, mood lighting for the pool, gas BBQ, multiple outside space, store room, bike rack. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and nice showers. Only 3 minute walk from supermarket & bike hire shop. Extremely good communication with the owner who is on the island and happy to help with any queries.

Excellente situation géographique. Un accueil très chaleureux de Mathieu et son épouse. La villa est très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée surtout la cuisine tout y est machine à café traditionnelle, machine nespresso, presse agrumes, grille-pain, four, micro-oondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge très pratique. Tous les espaces sont agréables. Une belle piscine chauffée vient agrémenter positivement le lieu. Location de vélo et commerces à 2 min à pied de la villa. Restaurants au village. Plage à 7min à pied. Situation très calme. De bonnes adresses communiquées par Mathieu. Le vélo est vraiment la meilleure façon de circuler à l'île de Ré. La location des vélos à Ste Marie bénéficie de 10% de réduction par ce biais. On ne peut que recommander ce lieu paisible. Merci à Mathieu et à son épouse pour leur accueil.

Maison conforme à l'annonce, lumineuse et bien agencée avec des espaces pour chacun (suite parentale d'un côté et de l'autre un espace nuit avec 2 chambres). Logement conforme aux photos, à la promesse. Maison très agréable à vivre. Nous y étions 3 : Maman, mon mari et moi-même. Chacun a son espace. La Villa est très lumineuse (nous y étions pour la fin d'année). Le propriétaire est disponible, à l'écoute et très aidant. Un grand merci pour l'accueil. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gut betreut gefühlt, die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war perfekt, er hat uns auch eine Zwischenreinigung organisiert. Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand und sehr schön. Bei Problemen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Die Lage ist super, Supermarkt fast um die Ecke, die Bäckerei 2 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Absolute Empfehlung.

Séjour très agréable sur l'île de ré. La maison est très confortable, tout équipée. Elle est proche des commerces alimentaires, location de vélo, marchés. Situation idéale pour balades à pied ou à vélo. Mathieu et Karine les propriétaires sont très accueillants et attentifs à ce que le séjour se déroule le mieux possible.

Séjour parfait à l'île de ré

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison de Matthieu qui a été très disponible pour nous. La maison a un équipement pléthorique puisqu'elle est aussi utilisée par les propriétaires, et avec beaucoup de personnalité dans la décoration. Piscine chauffée parfaite. Enfin la situation est top, tout prêt du carrefour contact et des deux places du marché de saint marie et la noué ou l'on peut se rendre à pied,le tout suffisamment isolé pour être au calme, à la lisière des champs. Bref un séjour très agréable et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Des vacances délicieuses !

Tout était parfait : l’accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires, la propreté et la modernité des locaux et des équipements intérieurs, la situation au calme et la proximité des commerces et des plages. La maison est très agréable et sa situation est idéale, proche de plusieurs plages et des principaux lieux animés du village. Malgré un temps mitigé, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée et de nombreuses balades en vélo. C’est une très belle adresse pour passer un séjour sur l’île.

Einfach perfekt!

Ein wundervolles, blitzsauberes Ferienhaus mit sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern, hochwertiger Ausstattung, einem unglaublich schönen Pool in perfekter Lage. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und der persönliche Empfang durch Mathieu und Aurélie waren reibungslos und freundlich, wir erhielten alle Erklärungen und wurden sehr nett willkommen geheißen. Das Haus ist fantastisch und der beheizte Pool ein Genuß. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Eigener PKW-Stellplatz inkl. Fahrradständern in der Einfahrt (mit Tor). In 2 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den kleinen Supermarkt, wo man alles notwendige kaufen kann und einen guten Fahrradverleih. Über einen Pfad durch die Felder erreicht man direkt einen kleinen Naturstrand. Alle anderen Ziele und viele schöne Sandstrände sind mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Der Ort ist hübsch und sehr ruhig und für Ausflüge gut gelegen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag genossen. Mathieu war bei Fragen jederzeit rasch erreichbar. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus mit ganzem Herzen empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne noch einmal wieder.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr schönes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern uns einem schönen Pool. Laufnähe zum Supermarkt und zu 2 tollen Restaurants. Wer Ruhe möchte ist hier richtig! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Contacts et accueil des propriétaires impeccables. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine : la maison est très bien équipée et confortable ; espace piscine/jardin très agréable. Maison hyper bien située : à deux pas des commerces, à pied ou à vélo, des plages, des pistes cyclables, au calme, vues sur les champs, la mer au loin. L'ile se visite facilement à vélo, de même la Rochelle. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter. Belles découvertes et le plaisir de retrouver la maison ....

Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gepflegt mit beheiztem Swimming Pool. Sehr nette Vermieter. Vor den Toren liegen Blütenwiesen, durch die man zu Fuß ans Meer spaziert. Dort erwartet einen ein endlos langer Sandstrand mit Austernbänken. Verträumtes Dorf mit allem, was man an Frankreich so liebt...Absolute Empfehlung

Maison récente et moderne, confortable, propre et bien équipée, située dans un quartier calme, avec les commerces essentiels à proximité. Nous y étions en mai 2021, hélas la météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter des extérieurs, ni de la piscine : pluie et vent alternatifs !.... mais plutôt de promenades sur l'île (sans grande circulation automobile en cette période). La communication avec le propriétaire est parfaite, réactive.
