House near the sea

Single storey house of 90m², offering all comfort, in a quiet area, 300m² garden just 200m from the beach. The house is located in a dead end near the sea. You can enjoy the calm to spend peaceful nights and rest. A covered terrace allows you to take your meals and cook on the barbecue.
The motto of the house is to be able to rest and sleep in peace, while being not far from the sea:

2km from the village of La Noue and its small shops open all year round.
500m from the first cycle paths which will allow you to travel the whole island with more security. The island has around 100km of cycle paths. This allows you to discover magnificent landscapes and unusual corners out of the flow of cars.
You never tire of the charm of the Ile de Ré.

Wunderschön!

Wir haben wunderbare Tage in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Es fehlt an nichts und es ist sehr sauber. Toll ist natürlich auch die fußläufige Nähe zum Meer und das Meeresrauschen, das man bei offenem Fenster hören kann. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Magnifique séjour dans belle et grande maison typique île de ré, au calme et proche de la plage.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cette belle et grande maison, très bien entretenue et joliment décorée, dommage qu il y avait ce vent froid. Les extérieurs sont propres et pratiques pour y garer au moins 3 voitures! La terrasse couverte est grande et lorsqu’il fait chaud et beau doit être très appréciée ,de même la terrasse derrière et le salon de jardin! A l intérieur la maison est grande , pour 8 personnes sans problèmes. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est bonne, la salle d eau pratique, pas de soucis pour avoir de l eau chaude pour 8. L exposition de cette maison la rend lumineuse même si le soleil pour nous cette semaine ne sortait que par intermittence. Le soir nous mettions le chauffage, nous n avons pas eu froid, le chauffage est très bien adapté et confortable.Les gros plus : les équipements de cuisines et les nombreux ustensiles ,le wifi de qualité, la proximité de la plage et au calme dans impasse. Donc maison conforme à l annonce, propriétaires bienveillants et disponibles, 1 personne très sympathique présente à votre arrivée et à votre départ. A louer les yeux fermés. Merci pour ce séjour, si nous revenons sur l île de ré, nous ne manquerons pas de relouer cette maison .

emplacement avec vis à vis direct calme sauf le week-end avec la piscine du voisin proche de la mer maison bien agencée cuisine vétuste connexion wifi moyenne demande avec insistance du paiement pour le ménage avant l'arrivée et dès l'arrivée d'un montant de 95 €, participation selon le propriétaire entre parenthèse, mais surtout paiement obligatoire pour le ménage c'est pas au choix comme partout, soit on paye soit on le fait nous même, non non tu dois payer,rien que pour ça on re reviendra pas

Haus und Hof sind schön, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, in der Küche ist alles reichlich vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund um das Haus und sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand.

Belles vacances sur cette belle ile

Nous avons passé 1 belle semaine. L accueil par Deborah tres bien. Elle est aimable, agreable et rapide :-). La maison est toute proche de la plage. C est tres appreciable. Concernant l equipement de la maison, rien à redire juste : top. Il y a tout. Une famille avec 1 bebe n a rien a prevoir. La literie est tres bonne egalement. Et enfin, une maison où on trouve pleins de vaiselles, de verres, de casseroles etc ! Nous reviendrons, c est certains !

Une ancienne habitation, constamment remise au gouts du jour, il ne manque rien, les propriétaires sont attentifs à nos besoins. Les tableaux de Jean-Paul donnent le ton à la déco.

Très belle villa, bien aménagée et meublée avec goût. De quoi ravir les familles nombreuses où les réunions d'amis! La cuisine extérieure est très agréable - même si à deux, nous ne l'avons pas utilisée!

Ile de Ré = Ile de rêve

Il y avait 10 ans que je n'étais plus retournée sur l'île de Ré en vacances et cela me manquait. J'ai trouvé l'endroit et la maison idéale pour ce retour. La situation de la maison, à 300 m de la mer est parfaite. Pas de circulation C'est retiré du centre de La Noue, environ 3,5 kms mais pour moi ce n'était pas une surprise mais du voulu. Si j'y retourne, je relouerai probablement cette maison

Le calme est le premier bon point pour cette location. Spécialement bien équipé aussibienalintérieur qu'à l extérieur. La mer est proche pour une balade le soir après mangé. Je recommande.

Wunderschön

Wir hatten hier zwei wunderschöne erholsame, extrem ruhige Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Es ist sehr sauber und bietet genügen Platz um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig. Zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten Fußweg. Der Gastgeber und die Verwalterin sind sehr netten Menschen. Die Kommunikation war stets perfekt und auch in Englisch möglich. Toller Urlaub 👍😎🌞

Une maison idéale pour une famille

La maison était très agréable et chaleureuse, proche de la mer, et dans un quartier très calme Le jardin clos était idéal pour jouer avec notre chien en toute sécurité même s'il ne correspondait pas aux photos de l'annonce
