- This architect-designed home, featuring a heated swimming pool and complete privacy, offers a relaxing getaway for the whole family. Enjoy a quintessential "Rétaise" villa just a 5-minute walk from Basse Benaie beach and close to the local shops of Sainte-Marie-de-Ré.
The villa is finished to the highest standards with premium amenities throughout. All bedrooms are en-suite, each featuring its own private shower room.
Secure, private outdoor parking is available for one vehicle on the premises.

Main Living Area: A spacious 70m² open-plan living and dining room with a table for 10. It opens directly onto a large wooden terrace with an outdoor dining area and views of the pool.
Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
Utility Room: Includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer.
Guest Restroom: One separate guest WC.

Bedroom 1: Master suite (180cm EMMA bed) with a full private bathroom and a separate WC.
Bedroom 2: Guest suite (160cm EMMA bed) with a private shower room.
Bedroom 3: Guest suite (Flexible layout: 2 x 90cm beds or 1 x 180cm EMMA bed) with a private shower room.
SELF-CONTAINED ANNEX (T2)
Connected to the main house but with the option for a private entrance:
Bedroom 4: Guest suite (160cm EMMA bed) with a private shower room.
Secondary Living Space: Includes a second kitchen and a living/dining area with a sofa bed—ideal for multiple families staying together while maintaining privacy.
