On the same level, a first shower room with vanity unit, toilet, and washing machine. Upstairs, the landing leads to two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x200cm), one of which also has a pull-out bed (90x190cm), and a second shower room with vanity unit and toilet. Families with children will benefit from a complete baby kit. You won't suffer from the heat as the entire house is air-conditioned. Sainte-Marie la Mer is a family-friendly seaside resort 15km from Perpignan, in a very sunny region between the sea and the mountains.
