The Antre Home by the beach

Small house, in a mainly holiday residence, with shared swimming pool.
A courtyard surrounds the house with barbecue, garden furniture.
The master bedroom is located upstairs with the possibility of adding a cot or a folding bed.
The residence is calm and clean.
The house is occupied by the owner during the year, and has been recently renovated.
Sainte Marie La Mer is a family seaside resort, near Canet en Roussillon, Collioure, Perpignan and just half an hour from Spain.
Cleaning is compulsory and payable on site.
A rental guarantee of 500 euros will be required.
