Located close to the town of Sainte-Maxime and the beach, this fully air-conditioned villa accommodates up to 8 guests across two independent levels, making it ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Set on a 1,500 m² west-facing landscaped plot, the property enjoys pleasant views over the garden and outdoor areas. Guests can enjoy a saltwater swimming pool (kidney-shaped) secured by an alarm system, as well as a terrace with a charcoal barbecue for outdoor dining at the rear of the house.
On the main level (accessible via steps), you will find a kitchen with dining area, a living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, and 2 WCs, one of which is separate. On the garden level, there is an independent studio for 2 guests with a shower room and WC. Separate from the main house, there is a second independent studio suitable for 2 adults and children, also featuring a shower room and WC.
Please note: the villa enjoys a convenient location close to a main access road, providing quick access to the town centre as well as the central beaches and the beaches of La Nartelle.
Shared parking with another property on the estate allows easy parking for several vehicles.
Pets are permitted.
Bed linen and towels are not included but may be rented as an optional extra.
Final cleaning is mandatory and charged at €150.
A security deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival.
Tourist taxes are additional (amount varies depending on the length of stay, rental price, and the number of guests over 18 years old occupying the property).
Utilities are included in the rental price.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The villa must be returned in immaculate condition, including the kitchen area, and all rubbish must be removed.
Keys must be returned to the agency no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
