Appartement agréable

Les + : - Situation géographique de l’appartement super ! Nous pouvons tout faire a pied (centre ville de St maxime, plage, promenade) - Residence agréable, bien entretenue et calme - Appartement plutôt bien équipé - Une place de parking privée sous l’immeuble Les - : - Climatisation qui à lieu d’exister mais très peu performante et bouche d’aération très sale ! - Compteur électrique qui saute dès que deux appareils sont branchés (capacité électrique sous dimensionnée pour l’appartement) - Gros vis à vis (non mentionné dans l’annonce) du balcon sur les balcons des immeubles voisins

Une belle semaine dans cet appartement très bien situé dans une résidence très agréable. Le garage est un vrai plus et tout peut se faire à pieds.
