Ideally located, quiet, with beautiful sea views, this fully renovated villa 500m - 800m from the beach, 220 m2 offers upscale, contemporary decor and careful. A large pool area (12.5 x 4 meters), sunny terraces with relaxing equipment, an outdoor shower, barbecue. Ground floor, 3 bedrooms all with sea view, 2 bathrooms, two toilets, shaded terrace overlooking pool. On the FLOOR, 1 fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, living room, dining room, air conditioning, plasma TV, hi-fi chain WIFI internet DVD player, guest toilet, 1 SUITE parental with air conditioning and bathroom. On the floor yet another room with sofa beds for two. Baby equipment: the cot, high chair. Living area 220 m², Large yard / garden, private area very quiet and very Secure. Built in 1960, renovated and furnished with nine. A team of professionals (gardener, pool attendant and cleaning staff) takes care of the villa, throughout the year.

Great villa, top location

Really lovely stay and villa exactly as described in the listings. The owner was very helpful and communicative during the booking process and answering some questions we had later. Checking details were very comprehensive and shared a few weeks in advance. The on-site property managers were also great. Many thanks!

Wir hatten zu tun mit: Hundehaaren im Haus (wir haben keinen Hund dabei gehabt), Verstopfung vom Abfluss eines WC übel riechende Abflüsse neben der Terrasse wenn die untere Dusche genutzt wurde, TV hat nicht funktioniert (kein Signal)

Ein tolles Haus mit einer grandiosen Aussicht und einem tollen beheizten Pool. Gerade für die Kleinen war das super. Zwei Dinge, die den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt haben. Der Fernseher ging die meiste Zeit nicht. Das lag wohl an einem zu schwachen Intern und die Müllentsorgung ist ein nogo, der musste täglich ca. 600 m von der Villa bei einer öffentlichen Entsorgungsstelle entsorgt werden. Das war recht aufwendig.

Tout est conforme à l annonce. Superbe vue, maison et piscine des plus agréables. Bel espace, très bien équipé. Seul bémol, sans surprise, la propriété perchée sur la colline est un peu loin des commerces si l on ne veut pas utiliser la voiture. Cependant, motorisé, ils ne sont qu'à quelques minutes. Je recommande.

Superbe Villa !

Nous avons passé une excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa. Beaucoup despace, de beaux volume, un espace ombragé autour de la piscine, une très belle vue sur la mer. Le propriétaire a pensé à tout, transats, canapé extérieur, parasols, tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine.. Très propre. Serviettes de piscine et de bain en nombre suffisant, literie impeccable. Juste un pb de clim Hs dans une chambre, mais il y avait un ventilateur, et l'éclairage de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas pour le soir. Wolter est intervenu rapidement pour traiter la piscine ( eau devenue trouble) Un très beau séjour dans cette villa de rêve, je recommande !

Nous étions en famille (10) et nous nous sommes beaucoup plu dans cette villa. Elle est spacieuse, très fonctionnelle, disposant de toutes les commodités d'usage et ce à tous les niveaux (propreté, espace, calme du quartier, etc...). En un mot, elle est franchement splendide. Elle est située en outre dans un endroit magnifique avec une vue superbe sur la Méditerranée. On ne s’en lasse pas. Le propriétaire a été très attentif à notre bien-être rendant notre séjour des plus agréables. Je l’en remercie vivement. Je recommande fortement cette location.

Amazing, warm and wellcoming villa

The villa is very specious, bright, clean, well equipped and tastefully furnished. Everything in the description matches the reality. The view is breath-taking; the garden is created in a way that you don't miss privacy. The pool is big, with clean and heated water. We have spent 10 days with our children (8/14/17 years old), 3 grandmothers (70+) and a dog.... we haven't missed a single thing in the house. The owner is trustworthy and very helpful. This one is a keeper!!!

Villa mit Stil und Aussicht

Diese Villa besticht durch Größe, Ausstattung, Lage, Lage,Lage und ihrer tollen Aussicht. Vor Ort sind alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden die man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Von der Küchenausstattung, der geschmackvollen Inneneinrichtung, den gemütlichen Betten, dem beheizbaren Swimmingpool bis zum Wifi ( ab und an Emails checken ist ok:-) ), alles ist vorhanden und von sehr guter Qualität. Frühstück auf dem sehr großen Balkon, danach etwas Sonnen tanken in den Loungemöbeln auf der Terrasse und dann einen Ausflug in das schöne Umland. Am Abend den Sonnenuntergang bei einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon erleben, Wunderbar! Der Name der Villa ist Programm : Savoir Vivre. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Vacances inoubliables

Cette maison a été remise à neuf récemment et y séjourner fut un réel plaisir. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée et l'on y trouve le moindre accessoire, les trois salles de bains et les trois WC sont bien pratiques lorsque l'on est nombreux et le fait d'avoir la chambre principale à l'étage et à l'écart des autre est très appréciable pour des parents de grands enfants ! Le propriétaire est exceptionnel de disponibilité et de gentillesse, il s'agit de quelqu'un qui mettra tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux et il est relayé par un couple charmant situé à proximité qui trouvera immédiatement une réponse à vos éventuels besoins. Je recommande sans la moindre réserve cette location qui à tout point de vue est au dessus du lot.

Nous avons eu la chance de découvrir la villa en tant que "Premiers arrivants" et ce fut un Bonheur à tous les niveaux. Belle situation au-dessus des Issambres avec vue magnifique sur la mer, très belle terrasse ensoleillée avec vue à 360. La villa est très bien décorée avec beaucoup de goût et offre beaucoup d'espace ideal pour un couple avec enfants. Le propriétaire est super disponible et aux petits soins avant et pendant le séjour. A recommander vivement !!
