A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location
Once again, Property Owners Thierry and Martine made our 30 day stay a wonderful experience. Their beautifully decorated apartment is 300 meters from a beautiful beach and a 2 mile walk to the vibrant downtown of Saint-Maxime. We enjoyed walking to town along the Gulf of Saint-Tropez to buy our fresh fish, meat and fresh vegetables. We wanted to feel locals and it was a great experience. The apartment is approximately a 1 ½ hour drive to reach Cassis to the west or Eze to the east making day trips to the beautiful sites and towns located in the Cote d‘Azur very pleasant. We are looking forward to our next stay in Saint-Maxime.

The perfect stay in beautiful place.
Our wish was to stay in a place for a month and experience life like the locals. Fortunately, we found the Roberto’s lovely apartment in Saint-Maxime. We could see by the pictures that the owners paid attention to detail and proudly displayed their apartment. The apartment is more impressive once you move in. We wanted to walk to town and buy fresh fish, meat, fruit, vegetables and prepare our own meals. The walk is along the coast and is stunningly beautiful. The apartment has a gas BBQ which we happily used for every meal other than a pasta dish. It offers three dining areas; the balcony, the patio and the inside dining area. We preferred the patio which looked over the neighborhood and coastal hills, beautiful. The apartment supplied all the necessary tools to prepare our meals. We found it perfectly clean when we arrived and never experienced any problems. We were met by Martine and she gladly introduced us to our new home for a month. We also met Thierry that afternoon and he patiently gave us ideas and instruction on places to visit that are not on the tourist map. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked the apartment for a return visit. Our thank you to Martine and Thierry, we look forward to seeing you again,

Herrlich erholsame Tage in Soleil d`or No.31
Eine perfekt eingerichtete, kleine Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail, ermöglichte uns, bei wunderbarem Wetter mit Strandspaziergängen und Ausflügen eine herrliche Woche zu geniessen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Ausstattung funktioniert vom Toaster bis zum Staubsauger. Haben uns in dieser unglaublichen Ruhe gut erholt

Waren zu zweit Anfang Oktober in dieser netten kleinen, gut ausgestatteten, zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegenen Wohnung. Würde diese Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Einzig zum nächsten Supermarkt ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Vielen Dank auch an den netten Vermieter.

Klein maar fijn
In dit kleine appartement (slapen op de vide)is alles aanwezig en werkt alles uitstekend. Erg fijn is de hieveelheid sfeervolle verlichting. De eigenaar wachtte onszelf op en was is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De comminicatie verliep prima mede omdat wij de franse taal beheersen. Vermeldens waard is dat hij ons perfect heeft geholpen toen we bij weggaan ontdekten dat we een lekke band hadden. In het weekend heeft hij de band vor ons gerepareerd. We komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.

Tolle Unterkunft für unseren Urlaub
Der Aufenthalt war rundum prima! Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Gastgeber der Unterkunft sehr kommunikativ und nett. Die Abwicklung war daher absolut problemlos. Alles war sauber und in Ordnung. Eins muss man wissen: Die Decke über der Bett im OG ist recht niedrig. Vielleicht nichts für große Leute oder bei Rückenbeschwerden.

Lieu de vacances plaisant
Bonne situation à deux pas de la plage de la Nartelle Résidence calme, parking aisé. Studio bien aménagé et bien équipé. Quelques petits accessoires de la vie de tous les jours manquants rendront le séjour au top : pince à barbecue, crochet suppl. à la sdb, produits entretien.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in toller Lage

Questo appartamento, anche se di piccole dimensioni, si può definire perfetto. Ottima posizione, in un bel complesso ordinato, a poche centinaia di metri da una splendida spiaggia. Con un terrazzo molto usufruibile dotato di tutto, compreso un barbecue. L'appartamento é arredato in modo molto gradevole e funzionale, completo veramente di tutto: dall'aria condizionata allo stereo e all'aspirapolvere senza fili. I proprietari, Thierry e Martine, sono persone deliziose: gentilissimi e disponibili. Un soggiorno perfetto ad un prezzo accessibilissimo. Insomma....non é possibile chiedere qualcosa di più!!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt total genossen. Das Studio ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auf dem Balkon mit anschließender Terrasse hat es sich gut entspannen lassen. Das Bett unter dem Dach ist zwar gewohnheitsbedürftig, für große Menschen etwas beschwerlich zu erreichen, aber es gibt ja im Wohnbereich auch noch eine Schlafcouch. Der kurze Weg zum Meer ist auch super.

Einfach Perfekt!!!
Das Appartement läßt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Absolut alles notwendige ist in modernem und sehr gutem Zustand vorhanden. Vom Geschirr über Haushaltsgeräte bis zum Grill habe ich nichts vermisst und wir haben jeden Tag ausgiebig gekocht. Die Vermieter sind ein sehr sympathisches und offenes Paar und waren immer für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Auch mit 4 Personen war es angenehm dort den Urlaub zu verbringen. Der kurze Weg zum Meer ist wegen der guten Lage immer ein Vergnügen gewesen ,da die Gegend einfach Traumhaft ist. Wir freuen uns auf nächstes Jahr. Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen.

Superschattig appartementje met alles wat je nodig hebt om een relaxte vakantie te vieren! Airco, vaatwasser, nespresso, wasmachine, gas bbq, het is er. Appartement was schoon en ligt op besloten compound met eigen parkeerplaats, en dat op 200m van het strand. Perfecte vakantie gehad!

En charmig liten våning, inredd i marin stil. Mycket funktionell, förutom sov-loftet som inte hade tillräcklig ståhöjd. Solig balkong och terrass i söderläge. Belägen på andra våningen med utsikt över området och liten havsglimt. Välfungerande gratis WiFi. Nära parkering inom det säkrade området. 300 m till stranden och 10 min med bil till Ste Maxime centrum.

Wir haben in dem Studio von Herrn Roberto einen sehr schönen Urlaub verleben können. es war alles vorhanden was man auch für einen Langzeiturlaub braucht. Auch die Anlage war sehr sauber und ordentlich gehalten. Das Studio selbst war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auf dem Balkon mit angrenzender Terrasse ließ sich gut entspannen. Leider mußten wir in Zeiten der Coronakrise unseren Urlaub, den wir für 6 Wochen gebucht hatten nach 3 Wochen abbrechen, was aber ohne Probleme möglich war. Hiermit möchten wir Herrn Roberto für die schöne Zeit in seinem Studio nochmals danken mit dem Versprechen auf jedenfall nochmal wiederzukommen. Merci Beaucoup Monsieur Roberto

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Wir haben hier eine knappe Woche verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Insbesondere schöne Frühstücke in der Sonne der schönen Terrasse. Der Strand ist fussläufig gut erreichbar und die Lage für Ausflüge schön. Nachts ist es war wunderbar ruhig. Der kleine Ort Sainte-Maxime ist einen Bummel wert und bietet kleine Geschäfte und gute Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, WLAN, WaMa, Geschirrspüler, zwei Kaffeemaschinen, Grill, Toaster etc. Und haben nur ganz kleine Kleinigkeiten gefehlt (Salz, Geschirrhandtücher und Geschirrspültabs wären schön gewesen), aber das geht im Gesamteindruck völlig unter. Wir können die Ferienwohnungen uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit Thierry war sehr freundlich und völlig unkompliziert. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Bellissima casa ed eccellente posizione
Abbiamo passato 2 settimane nell'appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è organizzata alla perfezione, pur essendo un monolocale, i proprietari sono riusciti a non far mancare nulla, dalla lavastoviglie al phon c'è davvero tutto ciò che serve, il parcheggio interno è un plus non indifferente vista la zona frequentata dai turisti. Ottima la tranquillità e la privacy. I proprietari si sono dimostrati gentili e disponibili. La distanza dalla spiaggia è di circa 200m, ci sono anche dei ristoranti sulla spiaggia.
