Our apartment of 3 rooms (75m2 + balcony 20m2), 4 stars, for 4 people, is located in Sainte Maxime in a dead calm closed residence with covered parking. Its proximity to the town center, shops and beaches (10 minute walk) and its exceptional view of the Gulf of St. Tropez make it an ideal holiday resort in summer and winter. The furnishings are simple and contemporary style. It is perfectly equipped to ensure all the comforts of home.

It is an ideal location close to the town centre, with lots of walking opportunities in the surrounding regions. It also serves as a base for excellent road and rail links along the Riviera. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable with superb views over the golfe of St Tropez.

Our 2-weeks stay was perfect. The appartment is spacy, well maintained and has a beautiful view over the Golf. Central ville can be reached by walking (10 min) as well as the port to travel by boat e.g. to St. Tropez. The appartment sits in a very calm neighbarhood, has calm and pleasant neighbours and the communication with Yannick was perfect. Therefore this place is strongly recommendable.

Eine tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage, nur 10 Minuten zur City. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist fantastisch, alles ist sauber und die Ausstattung bietet alles was man für schöne Ferien benötigt. Parkplatz direkt am Haus im abgeschlossenen Bereich. Wir kommen wieder.

Sie ist bestens ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ideal gelegen, ruhig abseits des Trubels und gleichzeitig fußläufig zur Stadt in wenigen Minuten. Herrlicher Ausblick auf die Bucht von Saint Tropez! Objekt wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sehr netter Empfang. Herrlicher Ausblick auf den Golfe de Saint Tropez. Das Ortszentrum ist fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar, sodass man das Auto ruhig stehen lassen kann. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder! Danke Yannick!

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal door Isabelle. Kapotte broodrooster na 1 dag vervangen door een nieuwe. Uitstekende ligging, rustig en toch niet ver van gezellig centrum. Alleen jammer van kapot toilet in badkamer. Verder absoluut een aanrader !

L'appartement loué est superbe, et magnifiquement situé. C'est la première fois pour nous que la réalité dépasse la description disponible sur le site Abritel. Dit gemoderniseerd appartement in een gemoedelijk en rustig gelegen appartementengebouw heeft alle moderne voorzieningen voor een verblijf in Sainte-Maxime. Vanaf het balcon heb je mooi uitzicht op een deel van de baai van St. Tropez. Het is een klein kwartiertje lopen naar het centrum van Ste. Maxime waar je alle winkels hebt voor je dagelijkse boodschappen. Er wordt in Ste-Maxime ook veel georganiseerd, ook op cultureel vlak. Voor ons is het een prima appartement geweest. Volgende keer weer!

Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend empfangen und die Wohnung und die Benutzung der div. Installationen wurden uns sehr gut erklärt. Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber, grosszügig und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Alles was es zum Schlafen, Kochen, Hygiene ist vorhanden und funktioniert bestens. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt und können es sehr gut weiter empfehlen.
