Very disappointing end to an otherwise pleasant stay, for which we paid almost €7,000 for just over a week. Upon arrival, we immediately reported that the kitchen equipment and BBQ were dirty and ended up cleaning much of it ourselves. A week after our departure, €129 was charged to our credit card without any prior notice or authorisation, including a charge relating to a dirty pan that we had never even used. Apparently, we were expected to clean items left dirty by previous guests and are now being charged because we did not clean everything they left behind. The other alleged “damage” concerned a chair with a loose thread, which was already like that when we arrived, and the cost of having a technician reprogramme the TV remote control for a television we did not even use. None of these alleged issues was raised with us upon departure or in the days that followed. Instead, a week after departure our credit card was simply charged €129 without any prior consultation, explanation or authorisation. Only after we objected and asked why we had been charged did the owner provide this brief explanation. Even more disappointing is that the owner now refuses to respond substantively to our objections. After paying almost €7,000 for just over a week, it is astonishing to be treated this way over a relatively insignificant amount of €129. The house itself was quite lovely, but the way this was handled afterwards has completely changed our view of the experience.

Exceptionnel!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans la maison de Patrick. La grande disponibilité de Nadine à l'arrivée, pendant le séjour, et au départ, est très appréciable. Les prestations correspondent à l'annonce, avec une grande piscine très bien entretenue tout au long du séjour. La localisation est idéale, le quartier est particulièrement calme, tout est facilement accessible à pied (commerces, plage du centre-ville) à toute heure. La maison est très spacieuse et la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Mention spéciale pour l'accueil que nous avons reçu, je recommande cette maison.

Séjour très reposant en plein centre de sainte maxime

La location est très spacieuse et très bien équipée. La piscine et son plongeoir ont été très appréciés des petits et des grands. Tout peux se faire a pied, mer, commerce, port, plage, sont à 5 minutes de la maison.0
