VILLA WITH SEA VIEW NEAR THE CENTER AND BEACH FOR 8 PEOPLE
A superb 142 m² modern semi-detached duplex house for rent for 8 people in a gated and secure condominium close to Sainte-Maxime town centre and beach, in the Croisette residential area. The main level comprises an entrance hall, a living room with open-plan kitchen opening onto terraces with lovely views of the sea, the village and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, two bedrooms and a shower room. Upstairs, two further bedrooms with en suite shower/bathrooms. Beautiful terraces with deckchairs and summer lounge facing the sea.
Alarm-protected swimming pool (6x3x1.45m). There is also a carport and garage. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has very good amenities. Beautiful, secure estate equipped with surveillance cameras.
Pets are not allowed.
Household linen included.
Final cleaning is extra at a cost of €250.
The deposit to be paid on arrival is €3,000.
Visitor's tax is extra (amount varies according to duration, rental price and number of people over 18 occupying the accommodation).
Utilities are included.
A 25% deposit is required.
The villa must be returned in an impeccable state, including the kitchen area and the rubbish bins emptied.
The keys must be returned to the agency by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
