"The accommodation and location was fantastic for if you're driving/renting a car. The pool was nice and available. You're right next to Grimaud, grocery store, and the drive is not so bad to get to Saint Tropez. The apartment was quite spacious with three bedrooms, a living room wirh a connected "kitchen" containing a fridge, stove, and a sink. Everything was clean but for our stay of 1 week it would have been nice to have extra sheets and pillows. The beds are not so comfortable but...

"Property was in a great location and overall it was nice but we were staying for 3 nights and they left 3 towels plus 2 small one which wasn't enough. One of the bathroom was great and the small one was bad and very hard to take shower because water was going out and we had no extra towel to dry and basically only one bathroom. "

"The main problem is that the location is hard to pickup on Uber. If you don’t speak French, it may be hard to communicate the exact location or they may not be willing to drive into the cul de sac. Otherwise, the property is decent and it’s less than 10 min from the central harbor. I had a bit of difficulty with the key and The host was a little aggressive when I asked for help. had difficulty with the key. "

"No dining whatsoever. No towels for pool or change of towels. 1 roll of toilette paper provided for the entire week. Terrace had wasps : the technician said it was just « nice bees » and did not treat it. The spa is not accessible to guests and charges for use of sauna and indoor pool. This is not a 4 star facility . Daily breakfast was dismounting : no scrambled eggs or bacon. 1 croissant or chocolate croissant . Only ham . Not worth it. We were disappointed and will not return or recommend...

"We chose this location because it has many intimate spaces as well as large entertaining areas. The house was perfect, the logistics are great for staying in or going to St Tropez or Bormes Les Mimosas. Highly recommend this rental should you wish to visit the area."

"The apartment is ideally situated in the Var region so within a couple hours to Provence, Cote D'Azure and the Luberon. The community-shared swimming pool is large, clean and ideal for families with kids, but with many rules and limited hours so be sure to follow accordingly. "The views and location are amazing but the lack of air conditioning and amount of mosquitoes and the uncomfortable beds made sleeping difficult. There was no wifi which was surprising and is expected everywhere. We stayed for 4 nights and dreaded going to sleep, my kids are covered in mosquito bites. The property supplied plugs but they made no difference. The rooms also only have 1 power point so have to chose between fan or mosquito plug. It was extremely hot the week we stayed."
