Pas mal du tout

L'appartement est bien, proche de tout c'est très agréable. Même sans clim, il ne faut pas forcément trop chaud dans l'appartement. l’électroménager est vraiment bien (récent) Le gros point négatif pour nous, c'était le garage, bien trop petit, impossible d'y mettre notre voiture (SUV) et aucun place dans la résidence. Heureusement nous avons trouvé des place plus haut dans une rue juste en face (gratuite)

Déçu

Nous sommes déçus d’avoir réserver cet appartement où nous n’avions pas de climatisation surtout par cette chaleur. Il devrait être primordial d’en avoir au moins dans les chambres. Malgré les ventilateurs, nous avons passé des nuits suffocantes !!! La literie n’était pas terrible (matelas en mousse ) et le ménage laissait à désirer à notre arrivée. La cuisine est, malgré tout,bien équipée.

Empfehlenswert - aber die Garage...

Die Wohnung war zu 90% sauber, der Balkon und die Entlüftungsöffnungen, zb. im Bad, waren überarbeitungswürdig. Die Lage ist perfekt, zentrumsnah und doch ruhig. Eine Empfehlung wert: Mückenschutzmittel wegen der Schnaken. Die Garage ist eine kleine Katastrophe - Betonstaub wo man hinschaut und - tritt. Er haftet sehr innig an Schuhen und wird damit perfekt in die Wohnung bzw. ins Auto eingetragen. Die Enge ist ebenfalls ein Problem, speziell ab oberer Mittelklasse und SUV.

Prima prijs/prestatie!

Het is een fijn app.met een lekker balkon en fijne ligging! Prima uitzicht, op loopafstand van centrum en strand (als je goed ter been bent!). Parkeren prima maar wel buiten het hek. Ingang parkeergarage alleen voor kleine auto's. Schoon, nieuwe keuken, makkelijk goegankelijk. Goeie bedden. Veel bergruimte. Nadeel: kamer nogal ongezellig en 1 nachtkastje staat voor de kast zodat die niet open kan. De gang is erg donker en lichtknopje niet onder handbereik, aut.aan en uit veel beter

Appartement très agréable

Appartement très agréable, proche du centre de Sainte Maxime dans une résidence calme. Le garage est un vrai plus car les places sur le parking sont limitées. Bien équipé. Deux petits bémols, quelques soucis électriques mais qui devraient se régler très vite, et le wifi en supplément. A réserver sans hésiter pour un séjour très agréable dans cette magnifique région.

Urlaub

Wohnung ist sehr schön mit großem Balkon. Küche neu und gut ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Badezimmer ist alt und sollte dringend mal saniert werden. Garage ist nicht geeignet für größere Autos. Aber auf dem Gelände gibt auch einige freie Parkplätze. Bei der Sauberkeit besteht noch Luft nach oben.

Ferienwohnung in Sainte Maxime

Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön und die Zimmer waren ordentlich. Bei 35 Grad die über 50 qm große Wohnung mit zwei billigen Ventilatoren kühl zu bekommen, ist aussichtslos. Man merkt, das an der Wohnung lange nichts mehr gemacht wurde. Der Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz ist so eng, das kein heutiger Mittelklasse-Wagen dort reinpasst. Geschweige denn ein SUV! Und wer mit 4 Personen anreist, kommt ja nicht mit einem Fiat 500!

Appartement bien situé

Appartement qui aurait besoin d'être rafraîchi. "vieux" Sinon très bien situé 800m de la plage, du centre ville, vraiment tous à disposition. Le plus le garage car pas facile pour ce garer. Petit bemol à notre arrivée le frigo qui ne fonctionne pas vraiment, pas évident avec la période de canicule... Et de plus quand vous avez un bébé de 17 mois. Frigo changé pendant notre séjour la veille du départ.... Tant mieux pour les prochain locataires.
