Ce qui est bien : proximité plage et commerces, tout en étant au calme. Coin Cuisine grand et bien équipé. Moins bien : store-bane rendu indisponible (!!!) Pas de pied pour le parasol. A déconseiller donc en cas de chaleur) Par ailleurs : canapé en mauvais état. Logement en hauteur (pas en rez de jardin : velos deconseilles). Service minimum de l'agence. Location pour 2 personnes maxi

Dans l’ensemble c’est bien sauf à 4 c’est trop petit , le parking est trop serré une personne de la résidence a rayée ma nouvelle voiture (neuve) de la nuit de vendredi à samedi en voulant se stationner il m’a tout rayée le derrière de ma voiture , et on a jamais su qui sa peux être et il ne sais jamais manifester …

Zentralgelegende Wohnung

Die Wohnung hatte in Cavalaire einen klaren Pluspunkt: Sie ist sehr zentral, der Hafen und der Strand sind fußläufig in 6 Minuten zu erreichen. Da sie hinter einem Wohngebäudekomplex gelegen ist, ist sie auch relativ ruhig. Die Wohnung war funktional eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bett befindet sich in der oberen Etage, was dazu führt, dass es nachts zum Teil sehr heiß war, da die Wohnung nicht über eine Klimaanlage verfügt. Die Schließanlage der Wohnungstür empfand ich als umständlich.

Maisonnette bien équipée et agencée. 2 petites terrasses au calme. Emplacement apprécié pour les plages, les points de visite, les services et commerces à proximité. Suffisant pour 2, un peu juste pour 4. Couchage en mezzanine. Seuls la propreté de la vaisselle et de la salle de bain étaient à revoir à notre arrivée (pourtant ménage inclus). Les liens avec l agence sont très minimalistes.

Vi oplevede så at sige hver eneste nat, at der kom snegle og andet kryb ind på toilettet. Det var ikke så rart, men vi samlede dem selvfølgelig op, og smed dem i toilettet. Hvordan de kom ind, aner vi ikke, men det var lidt ulækkert. Ellers en god bolig for 2 personer.

Solides Apartment

Die Küche ist in diesem Objekt das Prachtstück. Alle notwendigen Materialien zum Kochen sind qualitativ vorhanden. Das Bad ist klein und sauber. Leider ist die Dusche absolut zu klein. Minuspunkt. Die obere Etage als Schlafzimmer ist gemütlich. Das Bett war angenehm. Die Kaktusfeigen bitte entsorgen! Die Fäule war richtig ekelhaft. Das Objekt ist eins von 6 Apartments in dieser Reihe. Nur dieses ist mietbar. Die anderen 5 sind Dauermieter, die uns immer sehr freundlich begrüßt haben.

Agréable séjour à Cavalaire sur Mer

Agréable studio, bien agencé par rapport à la petite surface. Idéal pour un week-end, en pleine saison, promiscuité par rapport au voisinage. Pour nous, pas de problème puisque plusieurs locations étaient fermées. Emplacement idéal, à côté de la plage et de tous les commerces et restaurants, place de parking très appréciée.
