Lovely view and pool

Sunny terrace overlooking lovely large pool and over trees and rooftops to the sea. House is 5 min drive to Sainte maxime & 40 minute walk. Bikes for guest use would have been great. The house itself has everything working, including A/C in the bedrooms, however it is very rustic and in need of some love & comforts. For example, outside sun loungers only 4 mis-matching and old; 8 plastic chairs at table, bedrooms very basic. More shade o/s needed.

Lovely view and pool

The large pool and view from the villa is beautiful. However, it is a long walk to the nearest boulangerie/shops in Sainte maxime - 40mins one way. A few bicycles for use would be perfect. The villa itself is very rustic - certainly no home comforts. Basic beds & furnishings, but everything worked incl air conditioning in bedrooms. There are only 4 mis-matching uncomfy loungers and plastic patio chairs outside & considering this is for 8 people not enough. Whole villa needs an injection of TLC. Beach is close by down steps but lot of private beaches & very busy. Sainte maxime itself is very nice with lovely choice of places to eat, but a 5 min drive rather than a walk in the heat.

Herrliche Lage und Aussicht

Wunderschöne Lage, herrlicher Sonnenaufgang, Meer und Strand in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, großer Pool - leider hatten wir kein Poolservice, was man dem Pool nach ein paar Tagen angesehen hat. Man merkt, dass das Haus nicht mehr privat genutzt wird - etwas lieblose und mangelhafte Ausstattung der Küche. Die weiße Plastik-Garnitur (Tisch und Seessel) ist nicht sehr angenehm, ein Sessel war schon bei der Ankunft kaputt. Dennoch ein sehr schöner Urlaub für unsere große Familie!

Guten Tag Seit Donnerstag Abend hat meine Schweister die ersten Stiche an Ihrem Körper entdeckt. Das wurde bis am Samstag immer schlimmer und auch ich musste 3 Stiche feststellen. Letzte Nacht musste meine Schwester Notfall mässig ins Spital, da es nicht mehr auszuhalten war. Ihr ganzer Körper ist rot von den Einstichen. Die Ärzte haben uns gesagt, dass dies Stiche von Bettwanzen sind! Viel Glück unseren Nachmietern!

Traumhafte Aussicht

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus verbracht. Allein die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist es schon wert dort zu wohnen. Das Haus wird nicht jünger, aber wir konnten einige Maßnahmen des Besitzers identifizieren. Es gibt ausreichend viel Platz für die Familie (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) und einen riesigen Pool in dem man herrlich viel Spaß haben kann. Mit dem Boot sind es nur wenige Minuten nach Saint Tropez und zu Fuß kann man den nächsten Strand ganz schnell erreichen.

mooi uitzicht, huis vonden we minder

prachtig uitzicht, topligging, zwembad dik ok. Doch de woning: heel verouderd, enkele beglazing, enorm warm, weinig comfort naar bedden toe. Alles enorm gedateerd qua uitrusting keuken ed. Voor die prijs verwacht ik toch wat meer. no WIFI!

Schöner Ausblick, aber nicht ganz ruhig

Der Ausblick von dem Ferienhaus ist schön, jedoch ist der Lärm der PKW`s und Motorräder, die die Uferstraße befahren störend. Die Terrasse ist eher eine Ostterrasse anstatt wie in der Beschreibung eine Südterrasse. Im Hochsommer sicher von Vorteil. im Frühjahr jedoch nicht. In der Küche befindet sich der Glaskeramikherd mit 3, nicht wie beschrieben 4 Platten. Die Zufahrtsstraße zum Ferienhaus hat sehr große Schlaglöcher. Man muss sehr vorsichtig mit dem PKW und Fahrrad fahren. Die Dusche im OG ist sehr klein, selbst schlanke Personen können sich nicht wirklich drehen. Ansonsten ist das Ferienhaus schön und man hat einen schönen Ausblick.

Schöne Ferien

Es war alles sauber und das Haus in einem guten Zustand. Es hat uns sehrgefallen und wir konnten unseren Urlaub sehr geniessen. Der Pool hat Spass gemacht, das Wasser war anfangs noch etwas kalt. Was uns gefehlt hat ist der Grillroost. Ohne einen Grillroost kann man nicht grillieren. Die Matratzen der Betten waren sehr hart, mit Ausnahme der Matratze im hintersten Zimmer EG. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und werden es auch weiterempfehlen.
