It was amazing

Absolutely recommendable - the house was even more beautiful than on the pictures. You could easily walk to the beach and to the bakery. We loved it!

Lage und Garten waren super, die Sauberkeit leider nur mittelmässig. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich.Die Ausstattung ist nur mittelmässig aber nicht luxuriös...kein Kaffeevollautomat, Betten nur Standard...das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen..insgesamt für der den hohen Preis würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen...

Familienurlaub im Herbst

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Laurent war sehr gut sowie auch mit der Concierge-Dame Fatima. Die Schlüsselübergabe sowie -abgabe war unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Wir konnten unser Gepäck bereits morgens im Haus deponieren und ein Badezimmer benutzen. Vielen Dank dafür!:) Das Haus sowie der Garten sind sehr schön und für einen Aufenthalt mit mehreren Parteien bestens geeignet. Einziger Nachteil war, dass das Haus in keinem guten Sauberkeitszustand übergeben wurde: Der Boden war noch klebrig, das Geschirr war zum Teil noch schmutzig, in der Kaffeemaschine waren noch die Pads von den Vormietern und die Brotkrümel im Brotkorb, die Mülltonnen waren überfüllt, etc. Nach Info hat der Gastgeber sofort reagiert: Das was wir noch nicht gereinigt hatten, weil wir es benutzen wollten, wurde am 2. Tag in unserer Abwesenheit erledigt.

De superbes vacances en famille !

Nous avons passé 3 semaines en famille dans cette superbe villa, moderne et très bien aménagée, avec de très beaux extérieurs végétalisés autour de la piscine. La villa est idéalement située entre Ste Maxime et St Tropez, dans un domaine avec tennis et golf, et plage accessible à pied. Le propriétaire est très disponible et réactif , tout comme le service de conciergerie mis à disposition pendant notre séjour.

Sehr schöne Villa nahe St. Maxim

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und komplett ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen usw. in der separaten Waschküche. Die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass Kochen mit der Familie ohne Probleme funktioniert. Zudem gibt es zwei große Gasgrills, Boule und einen gut angelegten Pool.

Schöne, tolle Anlage. Sehr gut für ein Familientreffen und zentral gelegen. Pool war sehr angenehm und warm. Unser Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich und hat auf Anfragen rasch reagiert. Ein direkter immer erreichbarer Ansprechpartner für Nachfragen vor Ort wäre hilfreich.

Zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt

Sehr gutes und geräumiges Haus über 2 Etagen mit großem Grundstück in grüner Lage. Überwiegend gut ausgestattet (kleinere Dinge fehlten), sauber und vielseitig. In Teilen ist Straßenlärm von der Hauptstraße zu hören sowie der nächtliche Besuch von Nagetieren in der Klimaanlage. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ok

Super villa op prachtig locatie

Met ons hele gezin op vakantie( 8 volwassen, 3 kinderen en een baby). Super week gehad . Villa ruim en volledig ingericht, prachtige tuin, geweldig zwembad, op niets misgepakt.zelfs twee kinderstoelen en twee campingbedjes. Slaapkamers perfect! Alles erop en eraan, geeft veel privacy. Locatie precies tussen Saint Maxime en Port Grimaud . Met auto een zeer trage rit, met gehuurde ebikes een peuleschil, ook makkelijk om brood te halen, op 5 min fietsen! Een avond een prive-kok gehad, heel lekker en professioneel! Op plm 4 km erg gezellige kleinschalige beachclub, wel reserveren! Kortom een geweldige villa in het mooie zuid-Frankrijk!!! Dank je wel Laurent en medewerkers

Sehr schöne Villa in Grimaud

Die Villa wahr sehr schön und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Der grösste Faux pas war, dass das Haus erst ein Tag später bezogen werden konnte wegen Kalenderproblemen und wir das erst am Vortag erfahren haben. Der Gastgeber hat aber rasch kostenlos eine Alternative geboten, den Tag Rückerstattet und sich mehrfach entschuldigt. Kurz: Sehr schöne Villa, aber wegen organisatorischen Problemen leider getrübt.

Modernes Haus mit wunderbarem Pool.

Das Haus ist offen und modern gestaltet und liegt direkt am Golfclub. Es entspricht der Beschreibung auf der Website. Die Zufahrt zum Haus zu finden hat sich etwas schwierig gestaltet, da das Haus in Google-Maps nicht zu finden war und es kein Schild an der Straße gibt, dass darauf hinweist. Zusätzlich war es ein zugewachsener Schotterweg, der nicht darauf schließen lässt, dass es die Zufahrt ist. In der Beschreibung des Objekts waren 7 Schlafzimmer angegeben. Dies wurde kurz vor unserer Anreise korrigiert. Da wir mit 7 Schlafzimmern gerechnet hatten, musste eine Person auf der Schlafcouch schlafen. Die Mülltrennung war für uns etwas schwierig. Es gibt eine Verpackungstonne und eine Glastonne. Eine Restmülltonne ist nicht vorhanden. Am Anreisetag wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass wir für die Müllentsorgung zuständig sind. Bei 12 Personen + 3 Kindern fällt über die Woche genügend Restmüll an. Beim Check-Out wurden wir daraufhingewiesen. Problem war nur, dass jedes Auto bereits gepackt war. So mussten wir den Restmüll zu Fuß einen Kilometer bis zu einer öffentlichen Entsorgungsstelle schleppen.

Maison en travaux juste à côté. De 7h30 à 18h30 à côté de la piscine. Marteau piqueur et disqueuse !! Liner de la piscine déchiré et nid de fourmis dedans. Piscine inutilisable. Maison sale. Cendriers et barbecue sales. Pas de gel de douche à dispo. Vaisselle sale. Excréments de chiens dans le jardin. Propriétaire qui ne rappelle pas et qui ne cherche aucune solution.

schöne Herbstferien in Grimaud

Schöne, saubere Villa mit moderner Einrichtung an guter und ruhiger Lage, direkt am Golfplatz gelegen. Auch der beheizte Pool wurde gut gewartet, was leider nicht selbstverständlich ist. Für die Kinder zum Spielen hat es vor dem Haus eine optimal grosse ebene Rasenfläche. Einziger negativer Punkt war ein zwar klimatisiertes Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss, jedoch ohne Aussenfenster, wir waren glücklicherweise nicht darauf angewiesen. Insgesamt sonst sehr empfehlenswerte Villa.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool mit optimaler Aufteilung der Zimmer für mehrere Familien. Ich fand es optimal für Urlaub mit Kindern. Strände sowohl fussläufig wie auch mit Auto gut zu erreichen.

Villa bien située, plages accessible à pieds et à quelques minutes en voiture du centre de port grimaud. Certains problèmes à l'arrivée mais les propriétaires ont été réactifs et ont répondu à nos demandes. La cheffe à domicile proposée a été excellente.

There were various items to be fixed .doors not closing .one room can not be used because room above had a leaking shower and as such it was full oh humidity .the shower leaking could not be used so that bedroom guests had to use an other one .one of the bedroom has no window so for us it is more for 12 persons than 14 .there was no gas left for the bbq Very good location, nice house but for such price all that should have been fixed before our arrival Unlike what is said in the announce there is no one day vacancy between group stay

Emplacement au top, mais équipement lamentable.

Lave vaisselle ne fonctionne qu'une fois sur 2 Barbecue au gaz non nettoyé à notre arrivée Bouteille vide au bout de quelques jours, c'est à nous d'aller l'acheter pour remplacement.... Internet et télévision ne fonctionnent pas alors que nous avions du télétravail à effectuer, c'est à nous d'aller chercher des solutions chez Bouygues par 2 fois pour revenir sans solution que d'utiliser notre téléphone portable. Petit electroménager présent mais ne fonctionnant pas....grille pain entre autre qu'il faut débrancher pour l'arrêter... Piscine nettoyée une fois par semaine et encore à notre demande. Pas de douche extérieure pour se rincer les pieds avant d'entrer dans la piscine, ce qui fait qu'elle est rapidement sale avec des enfants... Pelouse synthétique partout, brûlante dès qu'il y a du soleil, impossible de marcher dessus pieds nus ... Bref intérieur pas en adéquation avec le lieu et l'architecture de la maison.
