Amazing stay from start to finish. The staff was absolutely awesome—friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re visiting Normandy to see the D-Day sites. Everything I wanted to visit was easily accessible from the hotel. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Hotel Le Sainte Mère and will definitely be back soon. Five stars all the way!

One of the best places I have stayed at. The ENTIRE staff was amazing, they offered excellent customer service. The rooms were clean, and beautiful. The food was amazing. I was recommended to stay there by a friend, and I definitely would recommend staying there. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay. I definitely will be back. You have loyal customer for life.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were lovely and was good value for money. The building is a bit tired and felt needed some updating. No complimentary tea of coffee in the room which we found disappointing. If they had tea and coffee I would stay there again. Small detail but would make a big difference to us. Coffee machine in foyer was out of order. Images on website shows modern decorated room but ours was a bit old fashioned and wood chip wallpaper.

Hotel rooms were comfortable, the window shutters are great. The restaurant serves a regional menu, including regional beers. The breakfast was the standard bread, pastries, cereal, fruits and cheese. The location was easy to find, and a great spot to stay if planning on visiting the town. The town is close enough to walk if you want alternative options for food.

Everything was great very nice. Only issue was that we had no hot water to shower the morning we left, which ironically enough is exactly why we booked them because of a hot water issue at another facility. As we left they told us it was fixed and we could use it but we were already packed up and had plans/timetables for the day. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Good hotel close to St. Mere Eglise city center

Decent hotel just outside the city center. Nice big rooms with good bed but still a little basic. Bathroom was having a tub which was nice. Lot of parking space on the spot and friendly staff. Daily menu in the restaurant is good in price and quality.

The hotel is really close to the autoroute, so its good for a short stop for getting the ferry. The room is nice and clean. Breakfast and dinner are good but expensive. Unfortunately no vegetarien option for dinner.

A French speaking hotel, friendly staff, good selection of food available for both evening meal and breakfast. Our room was facing the main road, and this was a 24-hour main road so there was traffic noise throughout the night. A short walk from Sainte-Mere-Eglise.

The rooms are basic and clean, but have no air conditioning and there are a lot of flies and mosquitoes if you open the window. But it’s the noise that is notable. Every sound in the hallway is amplified in your room. If you’re looking for a private room with a clean bed and shower that’s near the D-Day sites, this one will definitely work.

The probably listed from reviews, three stars. How this happened is beyond me. I booked two rooms one with two separate beds. The reception said there is one room with one bed and one child’s bed. I said that fine and paid. Went to the room and it was one beds. Went back in to correct it and she said says you booked two rooms with one bed. Not the case, even she said one room with two separate beds. I said ant the room with the two separate beds and she charged me an inconvenience fee of $30. The rooms were very subpar at best, old lighting poor window treatment and the bathroom not very clean. The scary thing is the lighting in the hall ways and by the elevator was dark and lights were off. You can find a light switch and turn on the very low lights gets and a few minutes lighter they turn off. My granddaughter didn’t feel safe. This place is an older hotel that’s poorly and cheaply restored and not worth staying at. Not for families. The two stars is for the breakfast which was fine. When I wanted to complain to the manager he turned away and went to his office to let the front girl to handle my issue. Hotel get a ‘0’ and the breakfast a 2. For a man wanting a no fuss place and doesn’t care about service, this might work for you, but not me and my family.

Chambre propre. Personnel agréable même si apparemment en sous-effectif. Localisation près de l'autoroute donc un peu bruyant surtout en extérieur et aspect extérieur de l'hôtel peu attirant.
