This recently built (2022) single-story house features a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, and a dining area, as well as reversible air conditioning. The first bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a desk, the second a double bed (140x190 cm), and the third two single beds (90x190 cm), a desk, and children's toys. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a separate toilet. The living area is heated by reversible air conditioning, while the bedrooms have electric heating.

Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, a sun lounger, and a children's play structure, all within an enclosed garden.
Baby equipment is available: an outdoor table and chairs for children, a high chair, a travel cot, a potty, a baby bath, and a changing mat.

For those who love walks in nature, you can enjoy marked hiking trails in the surrounding area. You can also try treetop adventure courses in Thenon, canoeing in Montignac and St Léon sur Vézère, and tennis in Azerat. Swimming enthusiasts can cool off in a verdant setting at the supervised swimming pool in Azerat or at the Étang du Coucou pond in Hautefort.
