Top Sainte-Savine Hotel Reviews

Hôtel AKENA TROYES - La Chapelle-Saint-Luc

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel is a great choice if you are looking for a comfortable room, good breakfast and friendly staff. Everything was very clean and well maintained. I will look for more Akena hotels in the future."

Best Western Premier Hotel de la Poste & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"The breakfast was outstanding, right down to the cloth napkins. Great choice of breads, cheeses, and more conventional breakfast items. There were smoked salmon and specialty meats. There were machines for expressos, and custom prepared coffees. I just wish I had a bigger appetite in the morning! The bed was fantastic: firm but with a soft padding. The staff was professional and took an interest in the customer experience. Nicolas helped me when I checked in. I had a problem with my room. I went back downstairs. And told Nicolas; he immediately offered to switch my room to an identical one above the current one. I was pleasantly surprised to realize that his concern was with my comfort and satisfaction. Also the hostess in the breakfast room was great. She listened to me and made the exact coffee I wanted. And she remembered the next two days without being reminded. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name."

A l'Aube de Troyes

8/10 Good

"The hotel is in a character property about 20 minutes walk from Troyes centre. The room was spacious enough with a large bathroom. Breakfast was continental style and very nice. The only thing is Google maps will put you right outside the house but there is no indication from the road that you’ve arrived at the destination as it is not signed. The parking is limited and only accessible from a narrow lane next to the house. However our hosts were kind enough to find us when we called them as drive down an adjacent street in error."
