Très bien pour un **

Hôtel au rapport qualité-prix correct. Accueil agréable, au calme. Nécessite cependant quelques petits travaux de rénovation selon les chambres (électricité sanitaire). Depuis le covid le restaurant est fermé.

Chambre un peu petite, mais bien agencée, extrêmement propre. Le personnel est très attentionné. l'endroit très calme Seul petit bémol, l’hôtel est entouré d'un jardin, qui, si il était entretenu un minimum, mettrait l hôtel beaucoup plus en valeur.

Friendly staff.

Stayed here whilst passing through Troyes. The check in was quick and simple. The receptionist was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room, though basic, had a comfy bed and a good shower. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed that night, however I was recommended a choice of nearby eateries. Good parking and wifi available.

Mieux dans la chambre qu'a l'extérieur

Séjour d'une nuit pour affaire. Arrivé moyenne par un monsieur qui se raillait derrière le comptoir. Le parking et l'accueil sont un peu vieux, mais la chambre était bien. Bonne literie, grand ecran de TV (mais manquait la 2 et la 3) et salle de bain très bien et propre.

Se trata de un pequeño hotel, donde la zona para llegar en coche es muy buena y cuenta con estacionamiento sin costo. La atención del dueño es muy amable. No teníamos desayuno, pero hay un súper caminando muy bien surtido, y desayunamos muy agusto en mesas que tienen afuera. En cuanto al cuarto es muy reducido para tres personas, en general muy básico, pero para una noche no hay tanto problema.

Perfectly acceptable

Perfectly acceptable place to stop of for a night on way home at end of holiday. Hotel advertises that it has a restaurant but not the fact it isn’t open every day - this caught us on the hop but wasn’t a big problem as Sainte-Savine has a numbe of places to eat within a mile of the hotel.

À faire si il y a des intempéries dans la région

Suite aux inondations sur Troyes mon déplacement à était annulé le jour même.j'ai prévenu l'hôtel à 9h30 pour annulé, en premier lieu ils ont accepté et le soir à 20h l'hôtel me fait part que je serais quand même prélevé du montant de la location malgré l'intervention très aimable de hôtel.com face à ce cas de force majeur.

Très bien, bon rapport qualité-prix

L'hôtel est très bien, propre, couchage neuf, grand lit de très bonne qualité. L'accueil est un peu long, mais efficace. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, tous les produits sont de bonne qualité. Véhicule nécessaire, à un quart d'heure en voiture du centre ville historique de la ville.

Pleasant visit; quiet hotel

Pleasant stay, located 5 minutes drive from historic Troyes. There is a restaurant on site and another restaurant/bar 100 feet away (we tried neither, since Troyes had so many restaurants from which to choose). We did a day trip to Chablis from here, and for shoppers, Troyes has a large Outlet Mall on the north end of the suburbs.

Accueil très bien, les personnes sont chaleureuses. Les repas du soir et petit déjeuner sont corrects. Sympa le fait de pouvoir manger en exterieur le soir. Seul problème la climatisation ne fonctionne vraiment pas très bien et il faisait vraiment très chaud.

Au vu des commentaires, je suis vraiment déçue. C'est un hôtel tout béton des années 70. Les propriétaires font de leur mieux pour le remettre au goût du jour en repeignant tout en gris et en mettant des coussins. Le petit-déjeuner buffet n'est en fait pas un buffet. On nous apporte à la demande pain et charcuterie. C'est peut-être pour éviter le gaspillage étant donné le faible nombre de clients. C'est correct et les nouveaux propriétaires ont du mérite mais les commentaires élogieux sont trompeurs.

L'Hotel à été complètement refait et la propriétaire a été extrêmement accueillante et disponible pour nous guider dans la région.
