"The location is truly unbeatable, right where we needed to be, with very easy access to public transportation, which made getting around super convenient. The apartment itself is lovely, comfortable, and well-suited for a family stay. "This apartment was very spacious and extremely well located. Unfortunately when we arrived, we detected the bathroom sink was clogged. The apartment could have been is better shape as some of the furniture were off or broken. The exterior door giving access to the building was not very well fixed to the frame so security is not great either. We did our best to enjoy our stay in France (which we did) and move on to our next hop on our trip. We think the host should take better care of apartment...

"We had a wonderful stay in this studio apartment. The apartment is very well equipped with a spacious bathroom and compact but well laid out kitchen. The apartment is on the top floor of the building with no elevator but it won’t deter us from staying here again. The apartment is close to Notre Dame Cathedral, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The agent responded quickly to all messages and met us at the apartment when we arrived."

"This hotel is a perfect location for a short stay in Paris. The bed was comfortable and had great plug ins right beside both sides. I also loved that it had a little kitchen. The only issue was Our room looked onto a small side street where they picked up garbage early each morning right below our window. This was a bit disappointing as we were celebrating our 60th bdays and anniversary and would have appreciated a heads up about that. We may have upgraded had we known."

"I was between a 3 and 4 (out of 5) on this place. I liked having the water kettle coffee and tea choices (instant Nescafé) in the room and daily water carafe. The cleaning staff were so kind and worked so hard during the day. The room is small and I’m so glad I asked about the AC because there is ONE button that turns it on- one setting— just on OR off that I did not see - again so glad I asked!! The setting was good for me. No need to buy breakfast (don’t!) there are delicious bakeries on every corner! There was a small elevator that was fitting for our small room. Bathroom small but it was updated - I’m glad we missed all the renovations that previous people spoke of!!! If this fits your budget and you read all the reviews then there will be no surprises. The location was really great like everyone says."

"I had a great experience at The French Theory. It is a cute boutique hotel and the staff is wonderful! The rooms are cozy but for the price, totally doable. The elevator was being repaired for a but and guests were unable to use it for 90 mins and while I didn't mind taking the stairs to my 6th floor room, it could be an issue with guests checking in. Clean room, NICE A/C and fantastic staff. I would stay again!"
