She was warm, professional, calm, and proactive, immediately contacting the bus company and station to assist me. Her excellent communication skills and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. She is truly an outstanding employee and a great representative of the hotel. Combined with the comfortable rooms, relaxing onsen, and overall high quality of service, I would confidently give this hotel five stars and highly recommend it."
