We booked a family stay at the hotel but due to a last minute issue that denied the family boarding, we had to cancel our stay literally a few hours before we were supposed to arrive. We contacted the hotel as sson as we could and even though they were not obliged to refund our money, they did so in full and without any delay or fuss. These days this represents exceptional customer service and we are grateful to the Kremlin Palace for stepping up when our family holiday was ruined at the last minute.

Oda yeterli büyüklükte, temiz ve soğutma sistemi güzel çalışıyor. Kişisel temizlik malzemeleri yeterli ve havlular günlük değiştiriliyor. Minibarda birkaç adet soft alkollü içecek olmalıydı, böylece akşamları kısabalkon keyfinde bir şeyler içmek için havuz başına kadar gitmek zorunda kalınmazdı. Havuz ve havuzbaşı etkinlikler yeterli seviyede. Akşam da dolu dolu geçiyor. Canlı müzik, sahne şovları ve partiler gayet başarılı. Yemek konusu biraz vasat. 5 günlük tatilimizin ilk gününde alacart rezervasyonu oluşturmak istedik ancak önümüzdeki 5 gün dolu olduğu ve yardımcı olamayacaklarını söylediler. Özellikle yemek alanlarında yabancılar çalışıyor ve bazen anlaşmakta zorluk çekiyorsunuz. Otele giriş deneyimi olarak da eğer bir tur firması üzerinden gelmiyorsanız kendinizi premium hissettirecek bir davranış yok. Örneğin aracınızı kendi boş bulabildiğiniz yere park ediyorsunuz, bellboylar çok genel yerleşkeyi tanıtıyor ancak günlük aktiviteleri takip edebileceğiniz online bir platform yok. Otel marketinde fiyatların da biraz daha makul olması beklenirdi, 3 kat fiyat farkı var neredeyse.

Hotel staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and cleaned well each day, my only negative for the room is that there are no usb ports, and plug sockets are limited, only one side of bed had one which was annoying when wanting to charge 2 phones at same time. Outside area is beautiful, never used the main pool but the whirl pool area and relax pool was amazing, would be better if all of this was used as an adults only rather than just the relax pool. The gardens are stunning and well cared for. We enjoyed our stay but would not return to this hotel the only reason for this was the amount of children, mostly toddlers, I don’t mind kids on holiday at all, but the buffet and pool area was always a huge festival of screaming crying kids, dining was very off putting due to this.

Everything in the best conditions 👍 Overall, we had a great vacation. The swimming pools were amazing, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the nightly shows were very entertaining. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The resort is wonderful overall, though the rooms could benefit from a little modernization to match the quality of the rest of the property. With that improvement, the experience would be even better. Despite this, we had a wonderful time and would gladly consider visiting again.
