"Hilton Cabo Verde is an excellent location for families. We enjoyed 7 nights here and had a great time especially the access to a quiet, clean, and beach with turquoise water. There was even a centre for scuba diving activities. We also managed to use the spa and get some great massages esp as we got the July discount. Rooms are spacious and well kept. "

"Our stay was amazing from beginning to end. When we booked the management contacted us to first say hello and to ask if we needed a transfer arranged from the airport to the apartment, that was appreciated. On arrival we met Sara the apartment manager who was so helpful getting us settled in, explaining details about the local area and giving us her contact details for anything else we might think of that we may need support with whilst there. The cleaners came in once during our stay to give the apartment a nice spruce up! The apartment had a lovely balcony that looked out over the town, apartments on the other side had ocean views, next time we will take an apartment on the ocean side! The facilities were spot on, clean and functional bathroom, well stocked kitchenette with pots, plates, oven/hob, fridge etc. Lovely reception room (which we barely used as we were out all the time!). The beds were comfortable and clean and there is nice local artwork throughout the property. The property is very well located as it is approximately 25 minutes from the airport, 1 minute from the beach and the local restaurants, bars and shops are a short stroll away. This is an excellent base for planning whatever you are doing on the island as it is central, easy to find and everything is accessible to you. "

"It’s a great hotel, excellent value for the money. Hotel is located very central and doesn’t have a private beach, what means that at the beach club anyone can come and take sun loungers as long as they pay, which is fine just something to be aware of if you are looking for a private beach. Hotel is really clean everywhere and there is staff making sure it’s staying that way. Massage at the hotel is very good too. Buffer breakfast is average which is expected. Overall it’s a great hotel. It also have a guest pick up option from the airport which is great priced. "

"We were sad that La Cabana didn't have Calamari and Spinach Crockettes. Also some of the food like pasta was cold that should have been hot at the Spices. We would have liked to have seen some pizza at the buffet. "

"Hotel idéal pour un séjour en famille. Très propre, nourriture délicieuse, kids club, animations, personnel souriant et aux petits soins. Plage juste à côté. Pas de transfert mais taxis à disposition (20€ de/pour l'aéroport et 5€ jusqu'à Santa Maria). On reviendra sans hésitation !"

"Me and my family stayed at this resort for three days and the overall experiencing was good. Staff is very friendly every-time you ask any questions they are more than happy to answer. If you have kids this resort is for you, they have a children’s pool, children’s club and activities throughout the week. The food in general if your not a picky eater it’s good, they have the main buffet and three other restaurantes you can reserve for lunch/dinner. "

"Hard to review stay as I was suffering from after effects (but clear) of recent Novo contracted in UK as lost 8-9 lbs. So did not due what I expected to do & 1/2 way thru stay started to pick up. Room, staff breakfast very good. Had nice trip to Santa Maria they provide for free. Pool fine but used less than expected as not up to it. Snorkelled in small bay up from reception. Good first 2 days last day churned up so visibility issues. Very nice walks N & S of resort on or near beach which I could not exploit as much as wished. Nice meals in afternoon N of reception. Good Super Mercardo on site S of reception"
