The property was beautiful but was very quiet. It's a space for relaxing. When I arrived, the water to shower was brown, the show tub was flooding, and when the repair man came he tracked dirt and water all over the floor and didn't clean it up. Also, no one came to clean the room and the front desk did not have towels. I had to wait for the next day to get clean towels. The property manager was also not accommodating. I switched hotels to move to the Riu Palace.

Great hotel. Not enough information.
Amazing hotel, very clean with friendly staff. We were in the levels room with an upstairs. Before we booked we phoned to see if there was a toilet upstairs and were told there was. However, there wasn’t! And the stairs were not good at night. Don’t think we were given enough information when we arrived.

Great stay. I arrived early in the morning and it was nice that they have courtesy showers and changing rooms. There are so many pools and outside lounge areas that you could always get a beach lounge. I don't drink alcohol, but it was so nice that when you went to a bar for water, they gave you a liter size bottle. Also nice to not have to carry money. Food was very good and no matter your dietary preference you will be able to find many choices. I especially liked the ice cream bar. For a more special dining experience, I highly recommend making reservations at their restaurant Casa Nostra. Although not in Santa Maria proper, they have a shuttle there or it is just a 5 minute cab ride. I would definitely stay here again.

It's a brand new property. I was expecting something similar to 5* which I didn't receive. The staff is very kneen to fulfill your requests. The kitchen is definitly NOT 5*. I'm vegetarian. But even the pastry was not good, the bread was dry although there is an excellent bakery in Santa Maria.

The resort has everything anyone would need for a fun, relaxing vacation. Only issue I had was that some of the desserts were a bit stale, otherwise the food was very good.

I honestly had no complaints while staying at this resort. Everything from the room to the food was amazing . The staff was friendly and the property was beautiful. I don’t think I can stay anywhere else the next time I’m on the island as now the bar has been set extremely high. Thank you for an amazing 6 night stay!!!

I did like the pool area, and all the staff. I did not like the fact that having four restaurants and using only one at dinner, because one just serve snacks, the second one only with reservation (and just one reservation allowed) the third only for Level clients and finally the forth the one and only that we can use all inclusive.

Melia Llana is new, rooms are very nice, everything works perfectly. Food in the buffet much better than in most all inclusives. Two minor complaints: a very limited choice of drinks in the bars, for anything not on the short list you have to pay extra (e.g. Bloody Mary is considered premium (?)) Also we could not get tea or coffee after dinner in the buffet, one has to go to the bar to get it. There is only one a la carte restaurant, excellent, but only one reservation allowed.

I would totally recommend staying at this hotel as the staff were very attentive and catered to all of our needs. The attention to detail in the restaurant on Valentine's Day was out of this world!! The staff were very attentive when we were chilling out by the snack bar and came over to ask if we wanted something light to eat and drink during the day; nothing was too much to ask for. Service was always with a smile.

Relaxing holiday with everything we required. The hotel had numerous pools with plenty of sunbeds or you could sunbathe on the beach but no drink service on the beach. The local town was 5 mins away and had plenty of watersports and its wasn't as windy as the resort.

Für eine kurze Auszeit (5 bis 10 Tage) ist dieses Hotel perfekt. Ich hatte eine Junior Suite mit eigener Terrasse und habe die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Drinks sind gut gemischt, das Essen allerdings für meinen Geschmack etwas eintönig. Die Umgebung ist zu Fuß nicht erkundbar und eher schmutzig (ist halt Wüste und Afrika)! "Adults only" ist auch ein hervorragender Mehrwert, wenn man sich entspannen will. Den Strand habe ich sehr genossen!

Resort is well located at a beautiful beach. We had booked a Level suite including private Jacuzzi. View from the room was simply perfect. All in all we enjoyed the 9 days in the Meliá Llana. Food and drinks were great (nachos with cheese and jalapeño extraordinary). Level promises not kept in all cases, however breakfast was great in a dedicated area with service. Restaurant booking rather difficult due to peak season obviously. Bikini Beach Bar was the best restaurant considering both food and service. Would book the resort again.

Flott opphold
Et fint hotell med flott bassengområde og fine rom. Litt ensformig mat, men det var god mat. Super bar og snack-bar med hyggelig betjening. Selve Sal-Island er rolig og byr ikke på så mye mer enn avslapping. Stranden er nydelig, men veldig mye bølger. Roomservice renhold, var så som så. Varierende hva som ble gjort og lagt igjen på rommet og minibaren. Betyr ikke så mye, men det ville satt prikken over i’en. Alt i alt en fin ferie på 2 uker, men 1 uke ville vært nok med mindre man er veldig glad i å ligge på solstoler.

Le calme , la propreté, la restauration, le personnel , le level et ses plus . En moins , on nous a volé des affaires sur les chaises de la terrasse (maillots de bain et habits de sports) rien de grave mais contraignant

Un pur bonheur !
Je n'ai pas l'habitude d'émettre de commentaire cependant, c'était tellement magnifique qu'il faut en parler. Emplacement merveilleux, chambre impeccable, vue sur l'océan grandiose, mais au-delà de tout cela, le personnel de l'hôtel (réception, toutes l'équipe "the level" , l'équipe du Mosaico, les femmes de ménage) ils sont l'âme de l'hôtel et rendent l'expérience encore plus extraordinaire ! Un grand merci à vous, je vous recommande cet hôtel à 100 % ! Je reviendrai certainement !

Nydelig resort
Nydelige dager i solen med alt du måtte trenge, var vår erfaring med The Level på dette hotellet. Fantastisk service fra ankomst til avreise - lett å be om/få hjelp/informasjon/tips. Variert og god mat og drikke. Og mange ulike aktiviteter å velge i, for dei som ønsker det. Topp stemning!
