A real treat

We have now been twice and it is a real treat to stay at the hotel. The attention to detail and the service minded staff makes you feel more than welcome. The spa, pool and gym areas are perfect not to mention the beautiful views. The breakfast is amazing and you always wish that you had more "space". The hotel restaurant reflects the hotel. I can't recomment this hotel enough. We will keep coming back.

We were completely "gobsmacked" upon arrival and every experience thereafter was equally exciting. This is the type of place that you really do not want to share with others, so "the less said, the better"!

a disappointing stay

I would have liked to give a 5 star rating. The hotel is beautiful and the staff very nice. I booked this for my parents' wedding anniversary. I even called and emailed (from the US) to make sure that they had flowers in their room and that I was billed for them. I was billed for them but so were my parents. It took another phone call from my dad after he came home and talked to me to straighten it out. When they were at the hotel nobody could tell them where the flowers were coming from and he was presented with a bill. The other mishap was that the hotel room was freezing when they arrived. It took the staff several hours to correct it. My mother was packing to go home when the room finally got warm. As I said the room was beautiful but my parents were unable to turn off the bright bathroom light overnight. They asked staff and they told them that is impossible to turn off the light (Bathroom had a glass door!). I wanted them to have a special experience for their 50th wedding anniversary, especially since my mother had always talked about staying in your hotel, but I have to conclude that it was very disappointing. They did get reimbursed for the flowers in the end.

Ein tolles Hotel mit gutem Wellness Bereich. Speisen im Restaurant hochpreisig. Leider wird inzwischen total überzogen. Habe eine Flasche Mineralwasser bestellt und Leitungswasser erhalten, selbstverständlich zum abgeschmackten Preis. Höhepunkt ist aber, dass ungefragt Brot an den Tisch gebracht wird und dann 3.30€ auf der Rechnung berechnet werden. Trotz 3 facher Reklamation keine Lösung angeboten bekommen. Management kann kein Umgang mit Gästen handeln

Tolles Hotel, schöne Lage. Hervorragender Wellnessbereich. Leider ist das Servicepersonal einem 5 Sterne Haus nicht würdig. Bei der Frage nach der offerierten Ladestation wird der Gast aufgefordert sich die ENBW App mit Vertragsabschluss herunterzuladen. Eine hauseigene Ladestation gibt es nicht. Hilfestellungen wurden nicht angeboten. Das Servicepersonal zum Frühstück ist launisch und teilweise unhöflich oder sprechen kein Deutsch oder Englisch. Oder vergessen die Bestellung. Daher schließe ich einen weiteren Besuch aus.

Superschönes Hotel mit traumhafter Aussicht. Der Spa-Bereich ist neu und modern. Die Zimmern sind sehr gemütlich ausgestattet. Im Ganzen ist das Hotel auf jeden empfehlenswert für einen Erholungsurlaub.
