Cute private villa with pool walking distance to the beach / surf spot
- I am renting out my beautiful house in La Saladita during July and August whilst I am away visiting my family. My place is centrally located, 5 mins walking distance to the beach and surf spot. It features a spacious and stylish living room with an open plan kitchen area, a bedroom with AC and a king size bed, and a modern bathroom with a cold and hot water shower. There's a garden with a newly built swimming pool and a shaded porch with a cute dining area and hammock. We have a friendly outdoor cat who lives outside the house.
