"We were a bit disappointed on arrival - our room wasn't ready, and despite lots of staff being around, nobody helped us with our bags down the steps, or provided us any information about the hotel, restaurant, wifi, etc. The room was beautiful, though, and our small private pool was clean. We were disappointed by the breakfast offering - lots of open containers with flies landing on the food meant there wasn't really anything we felt comfortable eating."

"It was quite nice, we stayed there what felt like a long time. The staff were so friendly and helpful, at some point it felt like a second home. Some of the facilities were a bit miss, such as our sink tap just being just broken though still functional. But everything else was quite pleasant. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely go back.
